The first Dirano recorded in galactic history was Namik Dirano who lived over five thousand years ago and served in the Sith wars. Described by records as a young Jedi who showed a good deal of promise but was a bit too free thinking for his own good, Namik's destiny and eventually that of his bloodline for centuries to come would be changed when he was assigned to a company that would serve as relief to a group of soldiers invading a sith held planet. Since many of the details of the Sith wars are sketchy and not well kept the name of the planet remains a mystery as does the circumstances of the battle. Though Namik's personal records are very clear on what happened when the battle finally ended.
In rooting out any insurgence Namik came across a cave in which the Sith cultists had used to hide a plethora of the riches they had stolen from other worlds. Namik reported his findings, though not nearly in it's entirety, keeping a large portion of the wealth he had discovered for himself. Several generations later though a series of both wise and lucky investments Namik's offspring transformed the looted treasure into a sizeable amount of commercial wealth, holding chief amounts of stock in several of the galaxy's most prominent companies. For a countless number of generations the Diranos showed prominence in both galactic aristocracey as well as the force, boasting members in the jedi council throughout their history, at one time four members of the family held seats on the council at once.

Unfortunately for the Diranos as history has proven time and time again, nothing lasts forever. Several years before the outbreak of the clone wars nearly every company owned or influenced by the family went bankrupt due to economical fluctuations, many of the diranos though held to their strong jedi traditions to fight and die bravely in the clone wars, though one Dirano whose name has been erased from any record did survive the clone wars, though only by renouncing his jedi ways and fleeing to a life of obscurity on coruscant. The honor and prestige of the Dirano family had ended as quickly as it started, fading out of galactic history forever it seemed.

Records do however clearly indicate that the un named Dirano who renounced the Jedi was in fact the grandfather of Kirkos Dirano. Kirkos was born a few years before the battle of Endor into the most absolute poverty, spending the better part of his childhood in dingy apartment on one of the lower levels of coruscant. As Kirkos watched his father "spend his pay on liqour coming home and beating my mother, only to move on to me when he got his fill of her" he dreamed every nigh of a better life for he and his brother. At the age of fourteen Kirkos met a girl named Callista on one of his rare trips to the higher levels of the city, she told him she was being trained as a Jedi Knight and leaving for tatooine on a mission with her master soon.

Though the talk of Jedi Knight did not interest Kirkos the young woman did, he slipped away from his parents and snuck onto a freighter, after several weeks of ship hopping he found his way to Mos Eisley and eventually reuniting himself with Callista. Callista's Master, the Jedi known only as Reeves saw promise in Kirkos and going against his better judgement took on a second apprentice.

Two years later a sixteen year old Kirkos, showing an un paralleled devotion to the force decided it was time he returned to his home to inform his family of where he had been. He returned to find his young brother Ghaleon left alone and uncared for as his beglectful parents would often do, though his home seemed different now that he was better attuned to the force, and a small chest in his father's closet he had never noticed before beckoned him. In the chest was a Jedi Holocron, the Holocron of the Dirano family which they had used to store their history. Kirkos learned much from the holocron and quickly became disguisted, all he had went through... his entire life seemed a waste, he was a shame to those who had come before him. In the short time Kirkos spent with the Holocron he quickly went insane with anger and confusion waiting for his parents to come home he sent his younger brother outside and murdered his parents in cold blood, proclaiming that they had shamed their name and he would not stand by and watch another Dirano fade into obscurity so long as he lived.

Over the next years Kirkos moved from planet to planet working many jobs as he tried to earn money. Ghaleon, watching his brother become darker finally left him and went to Skywalker’s Academy. Kirkos jobs eventually sent him to Tatooine where he met up with a young man named Mazzik. The two of them became fast friends and the future of the Diranos began to fall into place. Kirkos and Mazzik both began to make connections, aquire weapons, and were making deals with people who paid the two of them very well. It was not long before the name Dirano began to be known as one to fear. While Kirkos and Mazzik were off making their name, Ghaleon had fallen in love. Her name was Akasha, and she gave birth to her son Christoff Ghaleon Namik Dirano. He was a source of joy for both parents, Ghaleon especially who enjoyed every moment he spent with his son. For three years the boy grew up under his parent’s watchful eyes. Ghaleon always dreamed about his son’s future, what happened though was something he never expected.

Kirkos had learned about Ghaleon’s son and after a discussion with Mazzik the two of them decided that Christoff could not be allowed to grow up to become another Ghaleon. They wished to keep the famil name going in one direction so they decided to take the boy away from his parents. Two days after Chris’ third birthday, Mazzik kidnapped the boy during the night, leaving a note that clearly stated who had taken the child and that any actions to recover him would result in the child’s death. Devastated Ghaleon had no choice but to go along with things for he couldn’t stand the thought of harm coming to his son. Akasha was furious with Ghaleon and left him fearing that this would happen again if they ever tried to have another child. Ghaleon continued his trained at the Academy after that and eventually because a Jedi Master taking on his own apprentice, though he still always found himself thinking about his son.

Christoff was raised by his uncles, being led to believe Ghaloen had abandoned him as a baby and that Kirkos had saved his life by taking him in. Over the years Christoff was constantly reminded of Ghaleon’s betrayal which stirred a great hatered in him for the man and a unfailing loyalty to his uncles. Growing up on Tattoine Christoff was trained by Kirkos in the area of business and culture, from Mazzik he learned how to bend the Force to his will. Mazzik trained Chris to control the Force and how to fight with or without it. Chris excelled in both lightsaber and hand to hand combat at a very young age. While he was taught to respect and obey his uncles, Chris had a strong will which led him to be rebellious at times.

Christoff had nothing even remotely close to a normal childhood as he was growing up. Most kids his age would have been off playing with hover boards and video games, having fun doing childish things. Christoff on the other hand was taught how to have fun by Mazzik. He had been minding his own business one day sitting outside the Mos Eisley Cantian just tossing a stun grenade from hand to hand as he tried to decide what he was going to do that day during his free time. Mazzik had shown up and stalked towards the boy, it was quite clear that he was in a rather nasty mood yet again that day. He reached out with the force calling the grenade to his hand while glaring down at Christoff. “If you’re going to play with these damn things, at least do it right.” Chris arched a brow and started to explain that he wasn’t playing with it, but Mazzik had already turned, grenade in hand and grabbed the nearest Jawa that had been walking down the street. The creature screamed in protest as Mazzik shoved the grenade down it’s robes then, with the aid of the force, flung the Jawa down the street away from them. The explosion sent the Jawa splattering in every direction leaving nothing but a small crater where he had been. Christoff stood wide eyed as Mazzik laughed then turned looking down at him. “Now that is how you have fun!”

The voice floated out of the darkness drawing Christoff’s wandering mind back to the present. “Greetings, my son.” Chris rose to his feet slowly turning to face the approaching figure. “Ghaleon….” The man drew back his hood to reveal his distinguished face, eyes the same piercing green as his sons. “How are you this evening?” he asked, voice cool and collected, as if he were simply making small talk. Christoff narrowed his gaze on the man who had once been his father. He had not seen Ghaleon since he had been three years old on Yavin IV. “What do you want? And how did you even know I was here?” Ghaleon smiled that patient smile of his as he looked over his son, force the boy had grown. “You are like a spotlight in the dark, Christoff. You are my son.” Chris sneered, his expression growing angered. “Your son?! I think not. You are not my ‘father’ so don’t give me any of that ‘you’re my son’ crap.” Ghaleon nodded slowly, he had not expcted much different from the boy, he would only wonder what lies had been fed to his child by his brother. “If not me…then who is, my son?” Chris turned away from him, eyes downcast for a moment. “No one.” “No one? Not Mazzik? Or perhaps Kirkos?” Chris frowned, he wasn’t even sure why he was bothering to have this conversation with Ghaleon, though during it his hand had traveled down to his lightsaber, gripping the hilt tightly just in case. “They are more family to me that you are.” “How is that, young one?” “They have been here…you have not.” Ghaleon gazed into those eyes which held such anger, sighing he reached into the boys mind bringing forth the memory of Mazzik plunging his lightsaber into Christoff’s chest and froze it so it was all the boy could see. “Indeed.” Christoff’s eyes widened and he stepped back away from Ghaleon pushing the sight from his mind. “I…it was a mistake…he did it because I had failed to do what I was supposed to. He still took the time to train me when you didn’t even care. You wanted me dead! You tried to kill me!” And there it was…so this was what Kirkos had told his son. And Christoff had grown to hate him because of it. “Christoff…I never did that, Kirkos however did.” “Liar!” “How many birthdays have I missed?” Christoff blinked…that was a rather odd question. “A Lot…why?” Ghaleon seemed to consider this for a moment, “And how many have Kirkos and Mazzik missed?” “I don’t know…the first three I suppose.” He did not mention though that his uncles could care less when his birthday was, they just happened to be there when it happened, but there was no recognition of it. No presents, no happy Birthday, no anything. “You see then? They are not perfect. They took you from me, son, and they nearly killed your mother. They have lied to you for years, but you do not wish to see the truth because you have been told one thing for so long. You are a Dirano, they lie because you are usefull to them. Ask Kirkos, young one…demand the truth and see what he says.” Chris frowned, he had asked Kirkos before…his unlce had thrown him into the wall only to beat him and let Chris know if he ever asked about Ghaleon again, it would be far worse. He had not mentioned his father since that day to either of his uncles. Chris shook his head, and began to tell Ghaleon it was not possible…but the man had turned pulling his hood back up and was already heading back towards the temple.

The Diranos remained on Tatooine for nearly 10 years until the Empire finally turned it’s gaze on the family. The bounties which had been placed on each member of the family were enough to draw the attention of nearly every hunter throughout the systems. They finally left Tatooine heading for another world which to re-establish their business. On their way their ship was attacked and damaged causing Kirkos to crash land on the planet Ossus. The planet was an out post training center for Jedi so they wished to fix the problem and get off world as soon as possible. It was on this planet that Christoff made one of his closest friends.

Chris had been told to stay in the ruins of the temple the Diranos had taken over while they were on the planet; however he had grown bored and decided to get a better look at the Jedi. Down by the lake he rested against a tree. Before his thoughts could wander very far, a soft young voice caught his attention. It was that of five year old Jenisteen Cantrell, daughter of the Jedi Master Vincent Cantrell. She had been forbiden to speak to any of the Diranos, however she had disobeyed that order. After those first few minutes Christoff knew there was something special about her. He and Jenisteen continued to meet and she became the closest friend Chris had.

Jenisteen baffeled Christoff to no end with her innocent childlike qualities. Having been thrown head first into training Chris had never had a normal childhood, not one in the same manner that she had with lazy days just sitting around and watching the water bugs skid across the lake near the temple. He found himself drawn to her, perhaps through the force, something about her very presense seemed to help calm something within his heart. She had been there for him when Kirkos and Mazzik had used him as their punching bag. She had said nothing about it, but had helped to treat his wounds while he lay on the ground in pain. It was those times which they never spoke of to each other...but there was an understanding that would not waver. It was Jenisteen that convinced him for the first time to go against his uncles and join her at the Academy. While the entire venture might have been a mistake, it was one that looking back on, Christoff was very glad he had undertaken.
It was also during this time on Ossus that Christoff met Artanis Rencarts. She was an outcast of the Jedi who had been planning to leave the planet. Before she was able to do so she managed to catch the attention of Mazzik. Now one needs to understand when you catch Mazzik's attention the best thing you can do is run like hell. Unfortunatlly Artanis did not know better and fell into Mazzik's trap when he told her that she had potential and to trust him. Artanis quickly learned that the only potential Mazzik had seen in her was the ability to make a good slave and punching bag. For a whle Chris actually helpped his uncle to beat Artanis, though for some reason she ended up falling in love with Christoff. He coudln't understand why, though Artanis began to place doubt into Christoff's mind concerning his uncles actions. Artanis did not stay with them for long, and when the Dirano's finally left the planet they didn't not bring Artanis with them.

During his time on Ossus Christoff had been introduced to a woman named Darkstar. She was a Jedi Master at the temple and had taken an interest in the young Dirano. They had matched each other in a number of fights, once leaving Darkstar on the ground with the Dirano symbol carved into her arm. Christoff had won the fight simply because he had cheated during it and used the force to throw sand into her eyes then knock her down. Despite all of this, Darkstar saw potential in the boy and was determined to see if it was possible to bring him to the light. She knew that his father was the Jedi Master Ghaleon, and with his blood coursing through Chris’ veins it wasn’t necessarily impossible. With the help of Jenisteen she convinced Chris to come to the temple. Mazzik and Kirkos had some idea of what was going on, though they told Chris if he was going to go, then to at least fill them in on whatever information he gathered while he was there. Neither of them were really all that worried that Christoff would follow the same path as Ghaleon. Christoff trained with Darkstar for near three months, but in the end, she found that he had far too much anger and there was a darkness within him that would never be healed. Because of this Christoff eventually left the temple and returned to his uncles. Though he did learn many things while he was there which in turned helped to shape him as a person. He was not quite as cold as before, and when it came to using the force he had found that some techniques the Jedi used were usefull. One such thing was being able to control his emotions, he would still fuel himself with his anger, but he would not allow it to control his actions. Thus he became more of what one would call a shadow Jedi. He was not the same heartless Dirano he had been, but that did not mean by any means that he had become soft; Christoff was still willing to kill though his reasons for doing so had changed. It was no longer a game to him, it was mearly a job he would do if it was required of him.

Christoff! Get out here!” The young Dirano leapt to his feet moving quickly to the entrance of the temple. Mazzik stood there, his gaze resting on a young girl. ‘This pretty little thing is our new friend, Christoff. We are to make sure that her life is a living hell.” Chris smirked a little, “With pleasure.” “Hold her please; she needs to make sure she remembers who she belongs to.” Mazzik stepped towards her drawing a dagger from his robes. Christoff reached forward taking hold of Artanis pinning her arms down. At first she struggled but fell still when Christoff’s voice whispered into her ear. “He could always slip….” When they were through he tossed Artanis down onto the ground and simply walked away. The girl was left sobbing on the ground holding her shoulder where blood dripped down from the freshly carved Dirano symbol.

When the ship was finally fixed they left Ossus and decided on Ord Mantell to be their new base of operations. They bought one of the penthouses in the main city which was located about the Starving Ewok bar. It was at this time that the Dirano's reputation underwent a drastic change. Mazzik went from being a ruthless killer to the owner of Dirano Enterprises. The company quickly became one of the most well known orginizations in the galaxy. They did buisness in clothing, perfume, speeders, jealury, and more.

Kirkos and Mazzik made it quite clear that because of their new status in society, Christoff was no longer allowed to get into fights in public. This was a slight problem since Christoff's rival Jaret Snomel was also on world. Jaret met Christoff on Ossus where they ended up in a fight over Jenisteen's friendship with the young Dirano. Since that day, death threats and random attacks had followed. Chris had even gone so far as to blow up Jaret's appartment multiple times nearly killing the Jedi.

Now, Christoff eventually setteled down and decided what he wanted to do with his life. As he is found of saying "Music has always been a part of my life, I just finally decided it was time to put down the lightsaber and pick up the microphone." It was a fact that had been unknown to almost everyone. Chris had always had a great passion for music, he had taught himself how to play the guitar and had become quite skilled with it. He decided that if he was going to have to settle down and get a job, it would at least be a job he enjoyed. The members of the band started out being SiVal Dirano (Kirkos daughter) Khamier who was an alien friend of Chris, and Kiron Seniar. However Kiron had fallen into Christoff's bad graces when he pretended to date and care for Jenisteen. When Chris learned that he had told her she was not good enough to be his real girlfriend, Chris had attacked Kiron sending him to the med center and kicked him out of the band.

Things actually seemed to be going well for Christoff, the band had cut a few tracks which had become instant hits. They created a rather large following and the band was quickly becomeing one of the most famous bands of that time. However with the loss of Kiron, Chris wasn't sure what they were going to do. It was also during this time that Chris was reunited with one of his old friends, Kuole Valek.

Kuole was the son of Durran Valek and the brother of Mazzik. The two of them had been friends when they were younger, but had fallen out of touch. Kuole returned to Ord Mantell to find Christoff there. Lukcy for the young Dirano his friend couldn't have shown up at a better time. Chris had broken Mazzik's nose for blowing up his swoop and had been kicked out of the penthouse. He left and went straight for Kuole's place where he hoped he could stay for a few nights until he got everything straightened out. While trying to decide what he was going to do, Kuole had decided to help get Chris mind off of his problems and have some fun. The two of them started going to the Legacy dance club. It was one of the most popular places on the planet, very exclusive but being who they were neither of the two teens had any trouble getting into the place. It was near this time though that Kuole learned his mother had been killed…everything spiraled out of control after that. Chris watched as Kuole slipped into a state of terrible depression, he was drinking all the time, not caring what happened to him. Most of the time he would pass out only to have Chris have to carry him back to the apartment. Girl after girl came and left leaving Kuole with more one night stands than he really cared to think about.

Wonderful, just wonderful, Chris thought to himself as he followed after his friend, it would be a bad idea to leave him now as Kuole was almost totally trashed. “Yeah, that's good...you know I'm going to end up having to carry you home if you keep this up because I can't heal people like you can. Where exactly are you planning on going? just so I have a heads up incase it's something stupid so I can stop you now.” Kuole didn’t respond, he simply kept walking cutting his way down one alley and then another. Actually it didn’t seem like he was heading in any particular direction at all, his manner being almost entirely random. Kuole continued to take pulls from the bottle, the drink escaping his mouth only to soak his shirt collar. One aim was clear to Christoff, Kuole had every intent on becoming totally drunk that night. This just wasn’t going to end well…Chris sighed “I hope this won’t piss you off more, but honestly…I think you’ve had enough.” He looked down towards the bottem of the bottle then reached out to the force cuasing it to shatter and spill the drink all over the ground. “You’re going to make your self worse, Kuole.” Kuole stopped looking down to the bottle raising it to gaze at the broken end. The moonlight seemed to be casting a pallid glow over him as he stood, a flicker shone in his eyes for a moment, tears that were refusing to be shed. Anger once more began to seep into him at the disturbance yet he remained rooted to the spot. Chris stepped up behind him, “Talk to me...what's got you like this? I know something is going on...but I don't know all of what it is” Kuole frowned not bothering to look at his friend, “I need another drink…” Chris shook his head “That’s the last thing you need tonight, trust me, you will thank me in the morning.” “I don't want there to be another morning!” He Sneered, before throwing the bottle towards Christoff, yet his aim was quite bad, the bottle instead smashed against the wall and showering the area with glass. “I have'nt had enough. I need more drink” Chris watched the bottle smash then looks back at Kuole “Yeah, I can imagine…” He sighed, this wasn’t going well. “Fine, come with me back to the appartment, I have stuff stashed there.” Of course he didn’t and was honestly just trying to get Kuole back to the apartment before he hurt himself. “

“I have a better idea... let's go to the Legacy.” Kuole gave a sly smile and began to stumble in the direction of the night club. Chris muttered to himself but reached out grabbing hold of Kuole’s arm. “Yeah...no thanks because I don't want to have to walk back in and hear you and someone new going at it...and thanks for not going into my room, seems like you were everywhere else last night.” Kuole paused ceasing to pull against Chris and turned looking back at him “What are you talking about?” “The girl you brought home last night. She sounded…interesting” Kuole arched a brow slightly, “You…were there…? What do you mean interesting?” Chris sighed, still he held tight to Kuole’s arm though. “I came back last night, yeah...and she sounded interesting, but I didn't stay up listening, I put on headphones and passed out.” Kuole seemed to look past Chris shoulder as if remembering then that sly smile came to his face again. “She sure was interesting. It was great sex.” “What happened to Niamh?” Kuole growled and shrugged his arm out of his friend’s grip “Nothing happened with Niamh. Why do you care who I have sex with? Jealous that you aren't getting some?” Chris sighed, the night was collectively getting worse. “I didn't ask what happened with her, I asked what happened to her...I haven't seen her around for a while and I thought the two of you were getting a bit more serious. and I'm hardly jealous, I could have just about any girl I wanted, if I wanted. And I would use more than just my looks and sex appeal if I wanted to get a girl...I just don't really care about that right now”

What happened next however was something which Christoff would have never expected in a million years. Chris and Kuole had gone to the Legacy Club, both needing to blow off steam from the events of that day. They both had drank far more than normal, Chris especially since he hardly ever drank at all, and by the time the club was getting ready to close, both he and Kuole were totally smashed. Somewhere during their drinking the topic of parents had arisen. Chris really had never had any parental type figures other than Kirkos, he didn't see much point in them really. Kuole on the other hand became extremly upset at the mention of Chris not caring who his mother was...it was a very touchy subject for him given that his mother had only recently been killed. Chris tried to comfort his friend, telling him that it was going to be alright because eventually Kuole would be reunited with her. Unfortunately Kuole had taken that to mean if he died then he would see his mother again.
Chris had gone to get another bottle of wine, however when he came back Kuole was gone. Thrown into a panic of what Kuole might do, Chris dropped the bottle and turned sprinting out of the club, down the street and all the way back to their appartment. Upon entering he saw Kuole standing there in the dimly lit room, a small paper package fluttering to the ground. His eyes widened instantly as he recognised it...a imperial suicide pill....

He couldn't let Kuole do this, he couldn't lose his friend. Chris leapt forward tackling Kuole to the ground just as the pill began to rise towards his lips. He pinned his friend to the ground holding Kuole's arm down and began to try to get the pill out of his hand. Kuole refused to let it go, he seemed set on killing himself, claiming that if he died it wouldn't matter, no one would care if he died anyway. Chris couldn't believe what he was hearing, how could Kuole possibly think that? If Kuole died...Chris didn't even want to think about that, he had just gotten used to actually having someone always around, he didn't want to lose that..he couldn't lose that. "Kuole you idiot! I'm going to be really pissed off if you did this, so just, drop the fucking pill!" For a long moment Kuole just lay there staring up at Christoff, then without a word he leaned up pressing his lips fully against Christoff's, kissing him quite firmly, his eyes falling closed.

In those few seconds, Christoff's mind seemed to go completly blank, everything seemed to be happening so slow. When he snaped out of it he pulled his head back away from Kuole looking extremly confused. He watched as Kuole leaned forward seeking to find that warmth of their lips again, but brush his lips lightly along the side of Christoff's jaw. "Kuole..I..." Chris gasped as he felt an icy tendril of force energy to wash right down the back of his spine. Kuole was testing him now, and before Chris could say another word he felt his friend's lips meet his once again. This time his eyes slid closed and he pressed into that kiss returning it Kuole, though he really wasn't sure why he was doing this other than for some odd reason he seemed to be enjoying it. The pill sliped out of Kuole's hand rolling across the floor and under the table, the hand that had been holding onto it for dear life now raised and ran up Christoff's arm, shoulder, and up the back of his neck. An attempt to sooth Chris with the gently play of Kuole's fingers as he deeped the kiss gradually.
It will be left up to the imagination as to what happened that night, but one can be sure that the two of them learned much more about each other than they had ever expected. It had been the begining of their relationship, Chris had saved Kuole's life and in return Kuole was showing Chris there was far more to living besides weapons, fighting, and even music.

Being with Kuole was something which Chris would have never dreamed possible. The feeling of never being alone and knowing that someone would be there for him when he woke up was more than he could have ever hoped for. But Kuole was more than that, he was a soothing presense that Chris had noticed even before the two of them had decided to be together. When he had been kicked out and moved in with Kuole, he felt an attachment to his friend which he could not explain. It became apparent when the nightmares had stopped; he no longer saw the faces of the people he had murdered in his dreams. The pain that he had woken up with every single night had vanished. Christoff’s only explanation for this was Kuole. It just felt right and couldn’t be explained.

But Chris came to learn very early on in his life that nothing good ever lasted for very long. Yes, Kuole and Chris were together for almost a three year, but things changed when Christoff witnessed the "death" of Jenisteen. He had been there and was unable to save her. It threw Chris into a state of depression that he was unable to break away from. Despite Kuole being there, Chris felt as though part of his own heart had been ripped out. He still loved Kuole, but he was withdrawn, hardly speaking and he had certinally lost all desire to engage in any sexual interaction with his Love. He still preformed with his band, still doing concerts, but eventually they too grew tired of his new attitude and they broke away leaving Chris alone.

The worst part of it all came when he returned home one night to find Kuole was gone. He had taken all of his things and left. There was a note lying on the table explaining that while Kuole did love Chris, he couldn't take the change in his friend. He just couldn't deal with it anymore and sorry as he was, this was for the best. As a result Chris slipped into a worse state of depression, spending most of his time sitting in the living room of the appartment in the dark trying to drink away the memories of both Jenisteen and Kuole.

After a while he tried to find Kuole again, needing him desperetly, but he was unable to locate his friend. Kuole's dissapearance left the hole in Chris to deepen. He jumpped between the bottle and one night stands trying to fill the place which was now empty inside him. Needless to say, it was only making things worse. Christoff remained in this state of depression for nearly a year until one night when he was alone in his room he felt something which sent a wave of shock through his body. Jenisteen was alive. Her presense filled him and he imedetly went to track her down. As it turned out, Jenisteen had faked her own death in order to keep herself from being murdered by Kuole. The two of them had been jealous of one another for a long time.
