He tells of his father, the king, or renowned thief, or knight who met his mother, the zombie, or assassin, or egg farmer, or princess, and how they met while fighting dragons, or while quarantined during the plague, or while overthrowing the king. He often claims to have no siblings, or thirteen brothers, or to be his own uncle. He has never once shared the truth of his heritage or many details of his life.
