Name: Franklin Avaleur

Codename: Ominvore

Race: Mutant

Earth 616 Counterpart: None

Age: 18

Affiliation: The Hunger

Base of Operations: Imperial Institute

Powers:

Gastrointestinal Property Absorbtion: "You are what you eat" is a phrase of particular aptness in the case of Franklin Avaleur. He possesses the ability to absorb the properties of any object he consumes including the powers of other mutants and super humans by consuming portions of their body. The length of time that he is able to maintain these properties depends entirely on the amount of the object he consumes the greater the length of time that the power remains in his system. A single bite of an object could lend him its property for up to fifteen minutes, two bites for half an hour, and the consumption of a large portion of an object or person could lend him the properties for up to several hours to an entire twenty four hours. In order to trigger this absorbtion process, he must unhinge his powerful jaws and he absorbs the properties of what he last consumes so he cannot stack powers atop one another.

Indestructible Teeth: The teeth possessed by Omnivore are not the teeth possessed by most people comprised not of the enamel to which most are accustome but a highly dense form of material of an unknown origin. This material seems to be unbreakable in nature.

-Molecular Fission: Omnivore's teeth seem to be able to cut through objects on a molecular level allowing him to pierce even some of the most durable of physical objects and even to pierce through objects that lack physical property such as those who are intangible or elemental forces such as fire, water, or gasses.

Prehensile Superhuman Tongue: Omnivore possesses a tongue that he can fully control as a limb unto itself allowing it to stretch up to ten feet and be manipulate finely enough to wrap and lift an object. This tongue possesses a superhuman strength of up to 70 tons and is the sole part of his power that remains superhuman without absrobing the properties of another object.

Intestinal Fortitude: Omnivore can consume any object safely without risk to his person including radioactive or toxic waste, poisons, or even explosive materials. In the case of absorbing the properties of an explosive, he is able to create an explosion from his own body like a bomb though is only able to do this a single time after the consumption.

Vortex of the Void: Omnivore's stomach isn't truly a stomach but rather a void space. A blackhole of sorts and as such when his jaw is unhinged, it opens the path to that void creating a level of vaccum suction with such intense pull that it can draw in light itself. In this way he can draw in deadly gasses from the air into his waiting maw, absorb radiation being omitted from an object safely into his gullet, and even consume attacks projected at himself as a defensive nature.

-Void Vapors: Omnivores mouth consistently releases an odd black vapor that pools around his face near constantly obscuring the features of him safe for the wide grin of his gleaming white teeth. He is able to release these vapors in a concentrated breath to create an obscuring black mist though the vapors seems to possess no other property beyond the obscuring of light and sight.

Control Resistance: Omnivore is able to resist most attempts to exert control over himself, though this is less a conscious effort and more a result of the unending hunger that constantly thrums through his being. Eventually, no how thorough the control, the Hunger will emerge and demand satisfaction.

History: Franklin Avaleur was born with a mutant gene that manifested originally only as an insatiable hunger that could never be satisfied and a set of odd razor sharp teeth that permanently disfigured his face into an ever present Chesshire grin. He was known to eat odd things to sate this hunger, pretty much anything he could fit into his mouth found its way into it. Eventually, his mutation took full effect in puberty as many mutations do. His father was able to secure him a spot in the Imperial Institute with the passing of one of their students during the infection crisis and the Xavier Academy having been temporarily closed for repairs.
