1. He has a "third eye" which can separate from his body (typically coming out of his forehead, but it can separate from any portion of his body) to provide remote viewing.

2. He can interface with technology to the extent of passing what one or all of his eyes see, and his voice.


These abilities together allowed Chip to break stories early in his career that few other field reporters could. He spent 12 years as a freelance reporter for various news networks before finally being signed on as an anchor to Imperial News Network. After 3 years he became their head anchor where he's remained for the past 8 years.
