History:

Perseus Jade was born bordering change. The Empire's development and its rebellion against Humanity led to early sympathies for Xavier and Magnus's rebellion. His parents were Democratic senators who harbored dormant Mutation and supported Magnus from their candidacy aggressively. Despite a near-zealotry to Magnus his parents did not condone Xavier's staunch approach that bordered on "Nazi-hate."

Perseus studied at University and Imperial Institute ages 20-26. He developed his telepathy and studied Magnus's works due to a kinship to the legendary man. His interest in politics waned until he graduated from the Institute where he met and befriended Emma Frost. His interest now lies in the Empire's defense.

During the latter year of his life Perseus was abducted by human scientists bound in a study where daily tests were conducted for several months as they dosed Perseus in a perpetual coma. When they permitted his relief of hibernation he awoke to find himself bereft of his memories. As the man told him of his situation the memories flooded back and Perseus raged.

They'd placed him with a cylindrical device that prevented telepathy. But they'd taken no precautions against his telekinesis. He hurled their test device into them and sent glass shards into their temples and broke free of laboratory and escaped. When he returned to the Order of the Empire he was celebrated as a hero.
