When? Monday through Friday from 7am to typically 3:30pm Pacific is a safe bet, though often until all hours of the night. Weekends are usually spotty.
Why? The why is because NeoX is one of the chats I feel relaxed hanging out in. I love the easy going feel. While NeoX is my first Marvel room, I've really taken to it with the flexibility of the custom setting.
How? Usually from my cell phone, but in the evenings I hop on my laptop.

Where? Underwater in a few oceans, his island and around NeoX predominately.
When? Whenever he isn't in his lair or his lab.
Why? Want to get into a demon plot, a Set plot, Atlantis plot, be corrupted or much much more? Play with him.
How? Anyone of a magic bent has an easy in, be they magic user or magical in nature. He has a special love for Gaean's as well as Angel's lately. In general fairly easy going but be warned Levi is at this point an NPC due to power level.

Who? Nyx
What? Doom, SHIELD, Paragon, Pactum.. heck, she has ties to just about every faction in the chat.. and I don't just mean rebel groups! Imperials also. She's equal opportunity. She's an information broker, black market tie(specializing in historical relics), technological wizard and in general well known.
Where? NeoX, Sewers, F'd, Social Gatherings, Negative Space, coffee shops, Latveria and potentially anywhere in the world.
When? Non-stop. This girls the energizer bunny.
Why? To get involved in most plots in the chat. She doesn't play through most the plots but she is probably able to link you in with the right characters for you to get started. Need tech? Need drugs? Caffeine? Need anything? She's known for accomplishing the impossible and a few think she's loopy.
How? Easy mode is to call her, text her, email her, hit her up on xbl, facebook or any other technological medium. Also, she wanders around constantly.

Who? Jack
What? Member of the Brotherhood, Sound tech.
Where? Brotherhood's Clubhouse/Club, Hellfire Club.
When? She's a regular there, working more then full time and hanging out there or Hellfire when off.
Why? Anything involving the music scene, resistance movement or Brotherhood are easy ins to role playing with her.
How? Just show up at one of the formerly mentioned locations or being in the bad part of town might be enough to do it.

Who? Emma Frost
What? Celebrity, Professor, Industrialist
Where? NeoX, though due to business trips she is able to be at anywhere important on a whim.
When? Anytime within reason.
Why? Rub elbows with a fellow socialite, be trained as a telepath, work under her at Frost Industries which is making waves at the moment, Hellfire Club.
How? Emma is a woman determined to succeed at whatever she attempts so is often on the move. Shopping, business conferences and anywhere important is an easy way to bump into her.

Who? Aniel Rousseau
What? Ex-XForce, Hydra, Genetics engineer, surgeon.
Where? Small compound near NeoX.
When? Aniel scarcely leaves the Hydra labs which does lower her rp-ability score.
Why? To get involved in the Hydra plot, to come up with an IC means to amplify a characters powers. Background ties on how your characters gained/improved/controled their powers.
How? Aniel, being anti-social is a tricky one to get ahold of. In the science community it would be easy to communicate with her. Once upon a time she used to do lectures at Universities about the field of the mutant genome. Best to hit me up OOC to work out stuff in advance.

When? Anytime, really. Her schedule isn't consistant.
Why? Getting to have a better grasp on the dark capacities of the Empire. Imperial plot.
How? This is one of the random characters you can bump into, if wanting more plot then we can come up with some ploy to converse.

What? Imperial Operative, INA, Headmistress of the Institute
Where? NeoX, more specifically Institute.
When? She attempts to uphold normal business hours.
Why? Anyone wanting to handle Institute affairs or Imperial affairs.
How? Her number at this point is public or you can show up to the Institute. She will go places for high enough ranking Imperials.

Who? Kurt Darkholme
What? Order of the Empire, Royal Guard
Where? STARS HQ, Church, near Wanda.
When? Whenever he is off duty.
Why? Kurt is a good guy, and doesn't mind company.
How? Plot with me and we can work out something, I'm sure.

Who? Jean-Paul Maximoff
What? Prince of the Empire.
Where? Quite possibly anywhere on earth but most commonly in the Maximoff Estate near NeoX.
When? Should the need be great enough, anytime.
Why? Imperial plot, interpersonal plot, Politics, Socializing with the top of the Imperial food chain and probably other reasons.
How? This is a bit of a case by case since Jean-Paul isn't someone you just.. bump into. Messaging me works and I try and have him attend all the major events so he's fairly available for role play.

Who? Glitch, Trinket
What? Brotherhood, mute.
Where? In what would equate to Brotherhoods gang territory and she begs in nicer parts of NeoX. She can frequently be found in places with old things, museums or antique shops.
When? Normal daylight hours. Sun goes down and she turns in for the night unless Brotherhood business calls and/or she's around groups of people.
Why? Brotherhood plot, generic socialization with a fairly friendly character.
How? Mostly by literally going to her usual spots mentioned above. She doesn't own a cell phone, computer or any other technological means of contact.

Who? Tatyana Solomon
What? Morbid goth, dormant mutant, mortician.
Where? NeoX, indy cafes, goth/industrial nightclubs, graveyards, hospital.
When? Night scenes are the easiest.
Why? Kill her, befriend her, convert her, hang out with her or anything else you might fancy.
How? Being a fairly unimpressive girl she isn't difficult to get into play with, but no promises on how difficult she can be to get along with.

Where? Part of the earth within NeoX.

Why? Sinister plot, Imperial plot, to save her from going insane.

What? Osborn's SHIELD team. Resistance member.
Where? While formerly she played an active role within SHIELD wherever it went, she had recently gone under orders to America, specifically Neo-X.
When? As needed.
Why? Sue right now is keeping it low key by orders, but she might be a good lead into SHIELD businesses or for antagonistic conflict against any Imperials.
How? Be a member of SHIELD, be Imperial and I'm open minded to the idea of FF plot.

What? Resistance, Paragon, Securities.
Where? NeoX - specifically typically Paragon facilities.
When? No time is any better then another.
Why? Resistance plot, Paragon plot and potentially to outsource as an agent.

When? Unfortunately, this character is by and large on pause with a few exceptions.

Why? Luce is great for casual play, a friendly and helpful character by and large.

Why? Kidnapped, went missing from the Institute. Save me! Or nab me for yourself.

When? She's asleep in dream land or awake at the Institute.
Why? Well, other then Institute related role play, if you want a dream friend she loved making new friends. If you have some psychological issues she can attempt to help you work through them in the controlled environment of you dreams. No promises of success however. While well intentioned she is no shrink.
