Later, characters like Nephandi, BSDs, Marauders, Baali, etc. might be let in as rewards or plot devices. Let's stick with the most common for now, and then we can get into the big villains and obscure races later. Before you try to apply for a rare clan/bloodline/tradition/tribe/etc. ask us first!

Plain mortal characters need no sheet (but at least submit their basic information like name, age, occupation, and a brief history). If you want them to have any psychic/supernatural ability, they must be fully outlined and mesh well with WoD.

If you want an OOC handle, just specify that that's what it is.
