Childhood Years: Oniko grew up in a fairly small village with her mother. Her father was almost never around but when he was he was very caring and loving towards his human mistress and daughter. Till she was about 10 years old Oniko lived a carefree life with only the occasional bullying and taunting from the other villagers for her demon traits. However their home was mostly on the edge of town so people tended to stay away. One day some little kids kept picking on Oniko, calling names, throwing rocks, hurting her, and she lost control of a power surge building up inside her. Her mother and father had never taught her about her demonic traits so she was unaware of how to control her powers. As a result she destroyed most of the village in one blast, including her parents. |

In the mist of the chaos Oniko came to and several cloaked men grabbed her and took her away into the underworld. They only called themselves the Demon Council and kept her locked away in a dark cell. The Council treated her like dirty because she was a half demon and they were trying to preserve a pure race of demons. However they thought Oniko to be the last carrier of her blood line and thus they needed her despite her impure blood. They tried to force her into helping them with their crazy plans for Oniko could only keep yelling “No more death!” in sobs. Because She would not help them, they decided to punish her and sealed about part of her soul, literally splitting it in half. Afterwards they released her with most of her demon powers sealed. But they left their mark, the curse of the Demon Council on her lower tummy to keep the demon half of her sealed. |

Teenage Years: Oniko could still use some demonic power but very little, the rest continued to build inside her and if she didn’t release it periodically she would probably lose control again. On her travels she ran into a powerful Demon Lord, his name was Tenma. He made a bet that he could beat her in battle and Oniko being very stubborn at that age accepted. She lost miserably and became his slave. On the first night as his servant he branded her with his mark so all the world would know she was a slave. |

But Oniko hated being his slave. Though he never hurt her besides when she probably desired punishment she rather be free again. Oniko ran away from him many times only to be captured, but finally one night she got away. As time passed she met Leoric, saving him from falling down a hill. He was one of the first in a long time to treat her kindly and accept her fault. It wasn’t long before Oniko fell in love. |

Leoric and Oniko’s relationship continued with a few hardships along the way. There were times when Oniko lost control of her demonic powers and the Demon Council would find her, or worse Tenma. Though the threat of Tenma would never go away Oniko burned the mark he placed on her off her lower back, the scar is till there. Then a new threat appeared, Oniko’s half-brother Ash. She had no memories of him because he only visited her once when she was a baby. It turns out that Ash being the last full-blooded demon of their race and Oniko being the only other female made him obsessed with her. Oniko had to be his so one night he raped her thinking she would fall in love with him. However Oniko couldn’t love him and he disappeared one day in defeat. |
Adult Years: After awhile Oniko was expecting her first child with Leoric, but a brutal fight killed the growing life inside her. The sadness would never fully go away but they did finally have a son, Raeon. Life was still unsafe for Oniko, knowing her master would be furious she had a son. She finally went to face him again, the battle went on for 3 days and in the end she defeated him, barely. Now only the Demon Council would pursue her, but they seemed to have disappeared to watch her from a distance. Leoric and Oniko had another child, a daughter they named Fiona. |

Present Years: Oniko continues to live to protect her family. The Demon Council is still after her, and now shows a growing interest in her children, but she works to keep them safe. Luckily some new allies have presented themselves to help her and slowly she is learning more about her demon history. Her love for her family and husband makes her a fierce fighter if anyone were to endanger them. |
Demonic Side: Because Oniko’s soul was split for so long, it grew to have its on consciousness yet could never be completely severed from Oniko. The voice of her demon side often pops into her head. If Oniko were to lose control of her demonic powers she transfers it’s a 10-year-old child, the same age as when her soul was split. Though Oniko is more in control of the body, her demonic side rules over her power and isn’t afraid to use it. She is much more blunt and rude then Oniko but she also seemed to have a few of the same soft spots Oniko has for certain people. The only person that could change Oniko back instead of just waiting for her power to die down is Leoric; the exact reason for this is still unknown. |
