Gender – Male Race – Cambion (Half-elf/Incubus) Age – 22 Height – 6’3” Weight – 230lbs Appearance and Notable Features – He holds ocean blue eyes unless his incubus takes over and then they slip to green. His hair is soft and touchable in the color of freshly fallen snow. The skin of the paladin male is rather pale and sometimes depicted as being alabaster. He is a muscular and yet lean sort of young man. He also holds a nose, lip, and brow piercing. His subtle fangs only come to be seen when his demon half takes over. Sterling also holds a few scars on his back from his first self-flagellation that was used to help suppress his lustful urges brought on by his incubus genes. Finally, on his left thigh, there is a scar from his father's lance from a training session when Sterling was eight years old. Personality – Protective, honest, loving, caring, religious, loyal. However, when his demon side takes over his personality shifts to become cold, evil, sacrilegious, impatient, ruthless, vicious, domineering, suave, and ever so horny. Hobbies/Interests – Blacksmithing, sword fighting, baking, singing, making friends, studying, reading poetry, and exploring. Dreams/Aspirations – To one day be a King that all will be proud of as well as look up to. Backstory – Born to Alastrina and Lancelot, he was only given eight years to know his father before he was killed taking an arrow that was meant for the Queen. Sterling only recalls his father from dreams and through stories shared from the past. However, this was not his true father. His true father had actually disguised himself as the King and had lain with the Queen after a night of victorious festivities; having taken advantage of her drunken state. Though, not long after the incubus took her, the true King had taken her to their bed as well. Therefore, there was no question as to the birth father of the Prince. Sterling knew by the time he was thirteen that there was a different side to him; a demonic side. He learned at a young age what had to be done to keep the demon at bay and has since learned a great deal about the incubi and succubi demons. It would be a number of years before his mother had remarried but, there was little dislike from the Prince of this new King as he had helped Sterling train in his younger years. This King had worked his way up the line and had certainly impressed the Queen and her son. Sterling offered up his approval for the marriage to his mother and stood proudly as he was there at her side to walk her down the aisle to give her away. He holds a strong bond with his mother and looks up to Zarion. Now, however, the Prince has returned from his studies abroad and seeks to make his way in the world, to leave his own mark by defending those that are too weak to defend themselves and to save the damsels that have found themselves in distress! Misc Information of Importance – He tries to keep his demon side a secret from others, especially from those within Avelane as he is the Paladin Prince…little do they know he too is their Blackguard Prince.
