Forming things out of the air. Although able to control her temperature, it does not raise above 5 degrees celcius. allways cool to the touch.

History: Born in Yellowknife, NWT. Malony was the younger of two children. She had an older brother, Erik. Her father was a park warden, her mother a housewife. Spending countless winters up north in Tuktut Nogait national park. This is where her mutation manifested. only thirteen, her fathers small airplane crashed along the coast. Her father dying instantly, she was left out in the elements. her body had to take over, lowering its temperature. All it needed was the good coldshot to get the mutation going. Before long, Malony seemed uneffected by the cold. Spending two days alone with her fathers body in the freezing temperature. Rescuers were sent to look for them when the plane didnt arive at base in Tuktut Nogait. Taking her, and her fathers body back to yellowknife.

Some time past, as Malony experimented with her new "power". forming things out of ice, going out in the elements. Alone, her family didnt know what was happening in her. Concidering she did not attend school, (her mother felt it better for her brother and herself to be in homeschooling) she had no threat of classmates discovering her "talent".

One summer morning, friday morning to be exact, she was brough a letter in the mail. The return address made her weary, but she opened it before she could even get herself back into the house. It was an 'invitation' from Professor Charles Xavier, asking her to attend his school. Her mother, unaware of what type of school she was sending her child to, didnt wait a minute. Packing her bags, she took her youngest to New York City.
