Powers: He has supergenius level intellect due to his mutant gene for intellect being intentionally manipulated while he was a fetus. However, as he grew up, he displayed the ability to see and manipulate an invisible field of energy he calls 'The Spark'. It is generated by all machines and other technological devices. By manipulating this field he can build machines quickly, repair devices, even upgrade them (within thier capabilities of course, he can't make something into something else. He can make a car go much faster or more durable than a regular car, but he can't make it sprout machine guns......unless there were some already in the car.) He can even dismantle technology with the energy. It has no effect on organic beings, but it does work on robots or cyborgs. He can see this flow of energy around all machines and by studying the field he can understand how the device works. Even finding weaknesses and such. This ability does not apply to computer programming, only the hardware of machines and robots. This power does ignore technological forcefields, but not those generated by a mutant power or magic forcefields.
History: He was born as a test tube baby to become a super scientist for AIM. He was manipulated genetically to be of genius-level intellect but as a side effect he gained the power to manipulate the mechanical energy of objects. As he was raised he was fed selective information so he would willingly use his power and intellect to design high-tech weapons for the organization. His biggest contribution is creating the teleportation discs they now use to get away when SHIELD tries to raid thier deals. He wears a suit designed to keep him in perfect health, it surpresses any negative physical effects, so he doesn't tend to exhibit emotions or mental stress. His suit has several teleportation discs so he can teleport in his inventions and weapons. Despite being raised by the ideals of M.O.D.O.K. and A.I.M's objectives, the weapons he tends to use are mostly non-lethal or sometimes totally designed to simply capture or nullify his foe. His mentality is designed to believe that humans are just more complex machines, and that anything can be fixed mechanically. He believes that people can't die. If they die, they simply get rebuilt. Thus he feels no qualms about making weapons designed to eradicate cities or disintigrate people. He has a somewhat childlike mentality when it comes to social interaction. Being unfamiliar in how to talk to people as he is treated much like a thing himself. His body has nanotechnology inside it to heal him if he gets hurt. Though it's not instantaneous type healing. His suit also bolsters his physical abilities and he has a personal forcefield.
