Power Description: The ability to generate psychic manifestations he calls Marionettes. He can generate a large number of them, but the more he generates, the weaker they tend to be. They tend to have preset instructions when not directly under his control. They tend to possess superstrength, speed, durabilty, as well as immune to most forms of damage. some of them possess the power to pass through solid objects, project various energy fields or control various elements. The Marionettes tend to only have one or two of the powers listed above unless they're a very strong one. If he focuses all of his power on a single marionette it can have devestating power. Psionic attacks are particularly effective against them as they are psionic constructs. He himself has an incredibly strong mind and as such is very resistant to psionic attacks himself. He can see through the eyes of his constructs and control them from VERY long distances away.

History: Born into a wealthy Russian family, Vasilko was the youngest of four siblings. He grew up with everything he wanted, and when he sought to start a puppet business, no one turned him down. However, his mutant power started to develope and he was invited to join the Hellfire Club. Word of this got out to the people working for his father and they revolted, killing his entire family for being 'freaks.' They would have killed him had he not used his power to defend himself. He was horribly burned in the process and his wife-to-be left him. He vanished for several years, finally showing back up with a mask and cold demeanor. He then worked his way up in the ranks of the Hellfire Club until he achieved the title of Black King. He has moved to the branch in America in order to further his plot.
