History: Justin grew up in a fair sized town just north of San Francisco. Aaron, Justin’s father, was always away on business doing one thing or another. Justin never knew much of his father other than his alcohol problem, his right first or his anger towards his mother. Janine was reserved and cared nothing more than to protect the boy from his abusive father. After awhile Kaiser and his mother fled to San Antonio, Texas to stay with Janine’s sister when Kaiser was around 14. His father didn’t care enough to pursue.

It was here that Kaiser would blossom as ‘the kid from California’ and became rather popular in high school. Learning quickly that a little bit of enigma can go a long way with people. Justin was always a friendly kid growing up but would sometimes manipulate people to get his own way.

After high school most of Justin’s friends went off to college and he was left to his own devices. Too much time to think on his hand, Justin began to lash out against the community, eventually going to prison for numerous petty crimes such as vandalism and theft.

Prison was no place for Kaiser and his stay there was not long. He acted out, attacking other inmates, punching walls and just making himself look insane. Eventually he was transferred to a facility in New York for sociopath inmates. By the time of his release Kaiser was around 22. He got a job bar tending and quickly picked it up. However his drinking problem did him in and he was fired. Unemployed, unemployable he became homeless and lived out his life digging through trash cans behind restaurants bumming for food.

Until he met Demetra Barrens. She cleaned him up, gave him a place to stay and eventually gave him another job bar tending. Kaiser, never having known such benevolence, eventually fell in love with the bar owner and tried to kiss her.

David Marko, another suitor for Miss Barrens found out and basically tore Kaiser asunder for encroaching on his territory.

Out of the hospital, he was taken in by a therapist friend of his to recover.

An ego that knows no bound, a developing business in street politics and club ownership, Kaiser now plans to build his own legacy and get even with those that he feels wronged him. Plot Note: In the current setting Justin Kaiser is the Sovereign Lord of 'Detrum', a small province with a fair amount of natural and rare minerals.
He's viewed as a tyrant and is rather feared by his people due to the 'man-serpent' rumored to be in his service. (So far only the noble status is approved, this is subject to change/retcon.
