Name: Takahiro Tsukino, Taka for short
Codename: Kawari (Change)
Age: 22
Affiliation: X-man, Pop star/model (Japan, Europe, and America)
Relations:
Harumi----Mom
Akira ---- Dad
Becky Shinoda----Cousin
Powers: Physical manipulation. He can make himself look however he wishes, and adjust other peoples' physical appearance based on touch. He can adjust age, but much like a plastic surgeon, even if he makes someone 80 look 20, they'll still be 80 inside, and could die from old age in a 20 year old-looking body. In changing the physical appearance, he can also manipulate voice through vocal chords, eye/hair color/etc. He can also use his powers for healing cuts, disguising bruises, etc., but not for diseases. He can also change genders, but again, this'd be appearance-wise only. AKA, if he changed a guy into a girl, they still would be 'barren'.
Brief History: As a child, he was a popular kid... but as he got older and his powers began to manifest themselves, his bone structure changed slightly, perfecting itself. He matured physically before many of his classmates, and was soon discovered by talent scouts. Taking him for a full-physical before contracts were signed, his blood work revealed him to be a mutant. At this time, mutant civil rights were being discussed in the Western world, but in the East, they were seen as 'demon spawn'. Still, the kid could look, sound, and be like whoever they needed him to be. They sealed the medical files, and hid his mutant nature from the public, paid off the doctor, and used this to hold over him and his family so he'd work for less than half of what they paid their 'normal' kids. They did however send him to a mutant academy (the Xavier Institute), for his education. This was more for power control than for his own intelligence. It hardly stunted him though, as he was naturally pretty damn quick. Due to his usefulness as not only a spy, but a pretty adept field medic/healer, he rose to the ranks of an x-man at a very young age.
When he was a little older, the mutant civil rights movement had taken a foothold in Japan. At this time, Takahiro decided to take a stand, and with the support of his family and his x-team, he 'came out' of the mutant closet, and moved back to Japan for a few years to help the movement gain momentum there. He renegotiated his own contract with a new firm, and kept close contact with his x-men associates in the states.
Fast forward through his time in Japan, his popularity has grown in the US and he decided to stay there for a while to extend his fan base, and finish up college in America, as a transfer student.
