HISTORY -

Born to your everyday normal folk, but as the resurrection of the soul of one of Wanda Maximoff's twin boys, Billy Kaplan became a mutant soon after his first meeting with the Scarlet Witch before the Avengers disbanded. He and some friends formed a Young Avengers team, where he met Teddy Altman, Hulkling. The two began a romantic relationship that has continued to this day. Their love culminated in a beautiful wedding ten years prior to the present day. After his tenure with the Young Avengers, Bill graduated to the actual Avengers, which he had been such a big fanboy of growing up. He and Teddy Altman, who is also an Avenger, have headed up the intergalactic relations team, mainly inspired by Teddy's complicated heritage. The two of them are in charge of diplomacy and relations between the Earth and other species throughout the known - and unknown - cosmos.


POWERS -

Bill can produce lightning and control natural lightning. Through mental influence, Bill has the ability to create all sorts of fields and barriers, as well as concussive blasts and even teleport large groups of people to unimaginably far locations (which helps in his occupation). Further than that, Bill has "magic" or reality-warping powers, which allow a near-infinite amount of possibilities to happen with a simple, positive mantra. Bill has developed this ability enough so that he no longer needs to speak them aloud, merely hear his mind's voice saying the affirmations over and over. Obviously, this is impossible to do while he is sleeping or otherwise unconscious. With these powers, Bill can locate others anywhere with his mind, deconstructing other kinds of telekinetic barriers, astral projection, telekinetic force beams, illusions and other enchantments. Bill's other main ability is flight by will.
