Race: Strigany - The human empire of Strigos worshiped Vampires as Gods, but their Undead deities couldn't save them from the might of the butchering Greenskins. When the few escapees staggered north into the Old World, the stricken people met a wall of hatred from the other human tribes, but they had no where else to turn.
They wander there still, now calling themselves the Strigany, and are hated no less, even though the centuries have erased the memories of their blood-soaked empire from the minds of their countrymen. They are a desperate people, often clinging to half-forgotten legends that say that their ancient Vampiric masters will someday return to lift them from their pathetic lives. As rumors of these throwback beliefs ripple outward and are heard by outsiders, the continued Vampire worship doesn't help those Strigany who are trying to move on from their past. Rather, it ensures that their persecution at the hands of outsiders continues. The Strigany are quickly blames for any local problems without a more obvious culprit. As with most Strigany she is an able thief and storyteller.

Careers:

Strigany mystic - The Strigany people were scattered to the winds when their lands were destroyed and have since taken up the nomadic life. They roam the Empire in caravan trains or river barges, making money where they can and stealing it when they can't. Their history under the Vampires ensures they maintain their traveling lifestyle, marking them not just as thieves and cutthroats but also necromancers and servants of darkness. In truth, most of them are simple woodsmen, entertainers, or vagabonds, but a few do know something of witchcraft, a little of fortune telling, and a large amount of Vampire lore. These mystics were taught the true and complete history of their people and carry the secret knowledge of those ancient days. Within her trading she was taught the secrets of the strigany mystics. From the history with the vampires, how to pierce the tapestry of fate for glimpses of something more(Palm-reader), taught to read the stars and perceive hidden messages, how to brew herbs together and even how coax another individuals mind into a trace like state through the powers of hypnotism. Beyond this she was further trained as a seer, becoming within her family a local authority on all matters spiritual. This enabled her with minor magical capability, learning to speak the tongue of Magick or channel and glimpse its power. It also granted her a degree of perception into the world that was most keen, a true seer in her ability to sense the future and have a moment more to react.

Entertainer - She trained next as an entertainer after her mentor passed away. She bundled her training together into a more presentable package of fortune telling for a copper or two. Occasionally revealing any of an assortment of her other tricks should the time be right. A performer with a variety of odd tricks she's pick up in her short time in this life. The skills she picked up were all chosen around her Strigany heritage, empowering the stereotypes. From the ability to play a fiddle while dancing to keenly balancing along a narrow ledge or even the ability to scale sheer surfaces to get to wherever she needs to regardless of most obstacles. Even her storytelling she learned in her youth is enhanced by her ability to throw her voice and mimic noises.

Natural talents: As is true with many Strigany, they have a knack for horse flesh. She has an animal affinity with just these animals, the ability to know the quality of such an animal, charm them, care for them, train them and she is even skilled enough as a rider to be able to preform tricks while on horseback.
