Brief History:
Outwardly Harper Cohen is a bright vibrant girl who would rather make a pun and use sarcasm rather than face her own problems. She always sucked at socializing, and growing up in the slums, growing up poor she never really had a stable home let alone a stable life. She ran away, as far as she could from her family. She left with her older brother who had it in his head that he would join HYDRA one day and help give humans a better life. They stayed for the most part in crash spaces, and houses meant to help the homeless. Churches within the slums were a good place for them as well.

Eventually the two got into some serious business, robbing the rich in the central city, forging papers for humans, and fencing stolen goods. It was small time crime the two were dealing in, and Harper was one to quickly pick up how to do most things. She learned how to do the books for their racket, she learned basic self defense and picked up using a staff and learning a few Akido moves to defend herself in case something bad were to happen. At 17 her brother was captured for smuggling contraband and he was taken away. Harper still hasn’t seen him, and holds out hope that one day she might find him again. As she got older she fell in with HYDRA. With her skills she’s managed to help people transition between places, stolen goods and tech and has proven to be a valuable asset to them. She hopes she can find the right information on her brother, but her hope is dwindling.
