I have implemented first stage of the Ignore system.
New Commands:
"/ignore ident time" will ignore a certain ident. It is completely ident based; handles have no say.
"/unignore ident" will remove the ident from the ignore list, allowing posts from that user to be seen again.
Timer should be working, and is maxed at 48 hours.
