A little idea I had about getting your picture in the avatar/userlist to be that of your webcam (if you have one, of course...).
The above program is just one in many, but it's free and does what it needs to do.
For example, I have my camera set up as http://194.192.135.214:8080/ which I just use as my /image http://194.192.135.214:8080/.
Well, an idea for those who were thinking about something like it...
