History: David's story is a unique one. Born in the USA to two wizards, one of them left before David was born. His mother was afraid of the fact that her son would follow in her footsteps, so she lived a muggle life with her son. But like all good stories, things didn't go as planned. Magic found the boy, and he was drawn to the studies of it as he had no idea it was real. One night David was coming home afterschool and he stumbled across a battle between a Death Eater and a Wizard. David watched in shock and horror as the two battled. The Eater had the Wizard dead bang..until David leaped on the man's back. The Death Eater fought and struggled, but the boy was strong and had a viselike grip on the evil wizard. He was able to choke the Death Eater out, but it wasn't in time, and he watched in horror as the wizard died. His last words.."I can feel the magic in you. Take this wand to Hogwarts." What did that mean? David returned home and relayed the story to his mother, who was shocked and horrified. But she finally revealed David's hidden past. A few days later, David was on a plane to London, where he's been ever since. David is just about as smart as Hermione, but he doesn't really apply himself. A smartass of the highest order, David has a snarky comment for nearly everything. Unfortunately, David always ends up either failing with the comments or having to explain the snark because it's above about 90% of the school. He's got a pretty nasty temper though he does his best to hide it.
