Brief History:
Midnight was a freeborn in Zion to redpill parents. He grew up with few friends, and as a result he became quite good at building and programming his own small robots for companions. He joined the Zion military on his 18th birthday, and after basic, where he learned some kickboxing, he went through Operator training, excelling in hacking and programming. He has a very sarcastic nature about him and loves to mess with peoples heads, but when he's operating he's very serious as he knows peoples lives are in his hands.

He started operating right out of training aboard the ship "Hercules", where he served for some six years. On one extraction mission, the crew trying to rescue a plugged in human was discovered by an Agent. He quickly gave them an exit, but his captain refused to let them lose the human and sacrificed his life fighting the Agent to make sure everyone else got out safely. Though he and his crew had a good relationship, the hot-headed replacement captain and Midnight did not click. Midnight was quickly transferred to the "The Redemption" under the command of Captain Lysandra.

Midnight has gained a reputation among the Operator community for not using Zion-issued training programs. At the very least, he alters the standard issue programs so much that they can't be called anything but "new". Though many of his upgrades and programs are unauthorized, Captain Lysandra usually personally vouches for their effectiveness in training new recruits. When he's not programming, Midnight can usually be found drinking, and is generally very personable and open, but if he doesn't like you then he will be very stiff and formal with you. It's hard to get on his bad side, so if you are, then you did something righteously idiotic.
