Physical Description: Iadem posesses dark garnet and gold eyes melded into one and dark golden blonde hair that stretches lazily down her back. The color of her skin is somewhere comfortably between a light tan and a bit pale. She is tall and thin and holds a strange grace that tells she's a little bit dangerous. She sometimes wears the garb of a jedi to lure her targets in but more often than not she is simply wearing something comfortable yet functional such as a black tunic and slacks or even catsuits with tailored embellishments and pockets. Her hair is almost always up and done in some manner even if it is just a ponytail.
Personality: Iadem she is generally mild mannered but has been trained in the sith ways and methods. Where one might expect someone to be outright evil or cold at all times she is often not unless she is on a job. She does tend to play with others a bit and flirt with danger but due to her past and training she does not have much to worry about. She is a little fearful of certain things such as danger to others who she may come to like or even love so she -can- be distant and offputting.
Faction Allegiance: Sith Order
Profession: Assassin, Spy, Courier, Messenger.
Weaponry: As of now she has an ancient double bladed lightsaber in silver as well as one in gold. She carries anything she needs to get a job done from blasters to blades and anything in between.
And a ship called The Tempest.
History : Iadem was born to a family that raised her well into her teenage years and doted upon her and gave her every last bit they could of what they had. They were of modest means and yet she still had everything she ever needed. until the day the sickness snuck in. The entire Eios family became ill including Iadem. It was during this time it was discovered she had a rather uncanny ability to heal....as she became the first member of that family to improve in health while her parents did not. This was a problem for Eios and she was horribly distraught and being young wanted nothing more than for her parents to be better even though she was as rebellious and ornery as any other teenager she wanted with her whole heart for them to improve.
The story of Iadem recovering from an illness that left most in hospitals for months, was told as a miracle and so spread through the city. Unfortunately a sith happened to hear the tale. And so it happened that he visited the Eios'. The sith knew that the only one who was capable of using the force was Iadem simply upon meeting her. The sith explained that Iadem must come along with him if she wanted her parents to survive and resume normal life in wellness. So she went with him. The problem is that after she was taught the basics she was informed that if she did not continue to do as she was told then her parents would die and the rest of her family. So she trained in the ways of the sith for many years and was twisted into the order with no real way out without being responsible for the death of her entire family and bloodline.
The control her master had over her was powerful enough that over time her hatred of him grew and she was found to be a good subject for other training as well due to her ability to funnel such passion and anger without flinching. Her master is one Darth Nefarius and he is the one who eventually ordered her to kill her lover.
Her lover had been a target she had gotten close to with her skills as a spy and assassin but she had fallen for him and after a time her master found out and ordered her to kill him. It was without hesitation she did this due to the fact that her parents were on the line and anyone else in her bloodline for every day she postponed it. So she killed him but not without incident. When she first tried to strike with her knife she was thwarted by him and he tried to reason with her so she wrested the blade out of his hand and again not without incident. She received a cut to her hand that nearly left her without half of it but she switched to her other hand and brutally stabbed him again and again until he couldn't utter the words she wanted so desperately to hear as he died, "I love you" was swallowed up by death and she ran afterwards and ever since she has avoided attachments of almost any kind but yet she still allows herself to start them. The problem lies when she is forced to kill someone either because of that or by order of her master. She became one of the most effective assassins known in the Sith Empire and is still used to date.
This is the power that of the dark side.
Iadem's story has continued on Alderaan and ended not only with her return from the darkness but it has found her in the arms of one Aeron and expecting his children. Love bloomed where it seemed impossible. Her master is believed to be dead and her family was found to have been slaughtered long ago. The hits just keep on coming. Currently the two are running missions for the jedi and assisting in the capture and neutralization of one Darth Noxirae while Iadem deals with the reality of the world as it has changed for her.
