Unfortunately, the planet is now nothing more than several rather sizeable asteroids, but miraculously, a lot of the larger buildings remained intact. I found this in the royal palace. Most of the science facilities actually went underground. It's risky business, but if a team were to traipse through those asteroids and poke through those plants, I'm willing to bet there will be at least some technology worth salvaging. Or, if we're very lucky, blueprints.
