A desk resides in the middle of the room, a swivel chair behind it, turned away from the door. He steps inside -- and promptly trips over something obstructing his path. As he hits the floor, he turns to see what it is...and finds the remains of a skeleton, one hand stretched out toward the door, boney talons evident, an intricate series of tiny bones jutting from its back in the form of a set of wings.*
