The field itself is rather ecclectic -- from their vantage point, there are many large rocks intermingled with smaller debris and space dust. As they move in closer, they would begin to fathom the actual size of these larger asteroids -- they are massive chunks of rock, ones that are miles in length, others that could easily span a whole city block. And upon closer inspection...small landmarks can be made out upon these barren,floating rocks. Dead vegitation, shattered buildings, the like. Intermingled with these asteroids are what appear to be twisted hunks of durasteel and other metals, the wreckage of a once-glorious fleet. He slides back in his pilot's seat as they near this scene, a grim expression on his face.* Welcome to home.

The asteroid itself is roughly six by four miles in size. Before them looms what appears to be the remains of a large palace, its failing spires jutting out into the black beyond. A delicate chandelier that once hung from the high ceiling had found its way to the ground and now lay in a twisted heap of metal. In the crevice between the staircases stood a grand painting, presumeably of the royal family. He steps forward, shining the light upon the painting briefly, at first being unable to distinguish it due to erosion. However, he begins to make it out as he gets closer, and when he realizes what it is, he immediately moves his light off of it, focussing on another portion of the room. This action would be all rather evident -- almost as if something about it bothered him. He turns his back toward the painting and begins to shine the light into the shadows of the ceiling above.*

If the man were the king, she was clearly the queen -- dressed in a flowing blue gown with her hands clasped before her, a serene expression on her face. White locks of hair fell down her shoulders like a waterfall, contrasting with the apparent youth of her face. In the foreground were two children -- one female, the other male. The female had a petulant expression on her face, as if she desired not to be posing for this painting. Her brown locks were cast up in a bun and held up by two pins, clearly against her will as a stray strand fell here and there.
