Sleeping Poison: A jellied poison that acts to quickly render a person unconscious. Arrows can be dipped into this, and it can also be applied to weapons.
Knock-out Dust: Powdered herbs that induce sleep in those who inhale the sweet smelling dust. Can be used in trap making, and can also be used to poison beverages.
Hunter's Knife: A well used, but well taken care of, simple metal blade, often used when hunting to slice up game.
Armor: The armor La'cael'rah wears is a mix of soft leather, hard leather plates, cloth, and feathers. It is exceedingly light, and offers only a minimal amount of protection.
History: Originally a member of a forest dwelling tribe of Elves, he was an expert hunter among his kind. However, his views of the forest did not entirely... jive well with the rest of his tribe. Whereas others saw the forest as coming first, as being more important, as being something that should be respected, La'cael'rah saw it as a resource waiting to be exploited. Because his attitude was distinctly upsetting the balance their tribe sought, they outcasted him from their home and clan.
He lived as a hermit for some time, but one day, he caught some men in his neck of the woods trying to hunt down Elves of his tribe. Still quite sore over being exiled, and seeing the human hunters falling into traps set by his Elven brethren, he snuck up on them and offered to guide them through the forest in exchange for some of the items he saw they had.
He ended up helping them not only evade the traps, but also tracked down some women of the tribe who had been gathering herbs, and helped them to capture the Elves. He could only speak a broken form of the Human language, but from what he understood, their living was like that. Hunting other people.
The challenge of that task appealed to him... he also saw this as a way he could get vengeance back on the community that had kicked him out. So he actually ended up joining up with Lady Alpha's group, where he works, especially specializing in capturing forest elves.
Which brings him up to the "modern day". He has become quite happy with his work, though his stoic expression rarely shows this fact.
