From the time he was five years old,he's been in one battle after another,be it his own or someone else's enemy. After the Invasion of Mercia when he was five he sought out the one known as "Drago" this brought him to the Knothole Freedom fighters,where he became heavily involved with the war against Robotnik. Sure enough Gunnar has made his share of friends there,but he wouldn't stay there forever...he knew it,whether or not anyone else felt the same...who knew. He left Knothole shortly after the change of rulers from Maximillian to Elias...he felt there was more out there,and he was not going to find it remaining as a guard for the Acorns. Since Leaving...he has attained Knighthood,has married,and has assumed control of Aurisar from his father,Dominic as king of Aurisar which like the Acorn Kingdom is a Deep Forest Kingdom,and as a result of his abilities,weaponry and armor has "Grown" a pair of angel-like wings on his back. Gunnar takes the safety of Aurisar very seriously,so one would be wise not to mess with him when it comes to encroaching on its' borders.

Since then,his life generally has been a kind of a rollercoaster,trying to learn how to lead a whole country of people on the fly,trying to keep old allies from leaving and turning against Aurisar,losing his family except for a daughter to someone else in his family...and marrying,divorcing and re-marrying because of a spell that backfired.

Not long after he left Knothole,he ran into the first of his elder part of his family...Tiberius...and he had a screw loose. Tiberius was able to overpower Gunnar and lock him inside of a machine that would use his connection to the light element to power a kind of space-bound doomsday weapon,and the end result of the initial test was his wife then and two of his children were vaporized by the weapon and the remaining child,Sable,managed to get sent into Moebius, who was later rescued by Gunnar's counterpart,Lancer. This left Gunnar fairly damaged,mentally,and was in no condition to assume control of Aurisar.

The Regent that was put in charge had started to take Aurisar in the direction that the Corvum sept of the clan tried to take it so very long prior when they tried to usurp control when Raven took control. So,the only living elder at the time,Vipera,tried to ease Gunnar into the role but,he never really felt comfortable there...and yet...he couldn't let the Regent continue this path for Aurisar and so Vipera's gamble turned to be a success. Gunnar soon after took control while overseeing the rest of the rebuild of central city area, including the castle.

Years pass since Gunnar takes over the throne,and the idea of running things by himself was starting to wear thin,the few little breaks he'd get...guards would find Gunnar fast asleep right there on the throne. Realizing that he needed a queen so that there would be a kind of balance in the throne room,he started venturing out in that search...eventually befriending the one who became his first queen,Mimiru. More concerned with safety of borders than the politics...Gunnar soon fell back into that rut of falling asleep on his breaks,often losing sleep working well into the night and early morning. In the eight years between the two,Aurisar has needed to regain its' independence from a conquering force...which didn't yield negative results. It left a springboard into Aurisar's manufacturing abilities which brought about construction on the Lunar Colony Orion,and the secondary orbital attack platform "Angel's Sword"...a sister ship to Heaven's Gate,with a third ship in construction meant to serve at very high altitude,borderlining on the sub-atmospheric level. Two major cases have been brought onto Gunnar's lap,one involving an assault case in Knothole Village...this still confuses Gunnar as to how he got stuck with it,and one involving one of his former captains of Aurisar's guard.

The case with Sarah backfired and the judicial council removed Gunnar from the case and had him arrested alongwith Sarah,placing Lunae at the head of the case...instead of running it through the proper channels. Eventually,the case ended and for the sake of the alliance,Gunnar was restored to the throne...but by now,there was no interest in continuing to lead or rule,too many thoughts of loss of friends and family kept swirling in his head. He had to banish his closest childhood friend,and even through the proceedings,considered Sarah a friend...then there was exiling Lunae for attempting to usurp control of the throne it was all just too much for his heart to take,but he knew he couldn't escape any of it.

Since then,he just kept going through the motions of running Aurisar,every happy glance,every smile,every laugh...forced through what to him felt like a dead body. It just got worse because he couldn't have been making it any easier on Mimiru at the time,and so every chance he got to slip away...he'd simply disappear for days at a time,and one day he came home to find something kind of out of the ordinary. Upon return to Aurisar's borders,he would see five of his guards being held at bay by a woman with a knife,the guards could have clearly overpowered the woman if she was attacking,but they were keeping their distance so she didn't panic and turn the knife on herself.

Gunnar decided that this could turn ugly if the situation didn't improve,so he approached the woman from behind,no sudden movements except to shake the knife loose of her hands. Successfully disarming the woman,he'd have the guards stand down...but the damage was done,his actions triggered a spell placed on the woman,known now by one who was known as enemy to both Aurisar and Falicia,Mionette,or at least to Gunnar...all signs pointed to her. Gunnar's touch triggered a quick-acting spell that caused a conception-to-term birth in the span of an hour or two. In the aftermath,things happened rather quickly...Aveline's father arrived in Aurisar and through several hours of closed door arguing,it was finally agreed that Gunnar would divorce Mimiru,and marry Aveline as well as financial compensation as the child...Peyton...was fathered by Gunnar by triggering the spell in the first place.

This as a result,removed Mimiru from the throne and placed an uneasy Aveline upon it. It will take Gunnar some time to get used to having someone a little more balanced in terms of the political,but he doesn't feel like he's shouldering the whole of the country as often and seems to be better able to handle what comes.

A couple of months pass,and for the most part the whole of the Aquas City bound parts of the Lunatri family have accepted Aveline into their family,there are those such as Falkner,Tara and Geneva who have yet to meet with her. One evening,the silence of the castle was pierced by a high shrieking sound coming from Aveline,when Gunnar arrived on the scene...a figure cloaked in black and only red eyes visible was restraining Aveline in its' hold,described only as someone who looked like Seurin,but with red eyes. The figure also had two familiar sights to Gunnar standing in front...it was Boromer and Acara,the two children lost in Tiberius' orbital attack. The figure's demands were simple and very difficult at the same time,give over his key gifted to him by its's guardian,Elaina...otherwise,it would kill his children all over again right in front of his eyes,as well as Aveline. At that moment,he was torn because he knew how important the keys were,but...he couldn't let them die...not again,and so...he turned over the key to the Seurin look-a-like,and just like that...Aveline and the children were turned over to Gunnar,but,not without him feeling extremely guilty,even after Elaina healed Aveline and the children,who knows what Not-Seurin was using that key for...and he would have been the reason behind whatever happened because his weak points were exploited.

-Weapons/Equipment-

Blue Moon: Gunnar's personal suit of armor. Starts with a neck to ankle reinforced leather body suit,defends pretty well against small weapons such as knives and daggers. The Outer plate is made of the same lightweight hardened metals and alloys that make up Deux Luna and shaped in a way to deflect certain kinds of projectiles,such as arrows but not crossbow bolts,small caliber bullets not exceeding .50 caliber and laser shots that normally come from a Swatbot wrist blaster as opposed to a hand held laser rifle.

Deux Luna: Named after one of the septs of a clan that made up the original body of Aurisar,the Deux Luna were typically mages,healers and alchemists. Deux Luna in Gunnar's case,is a long sword in which the blade is a bright silver...almost white in appearance. The Crossguard is a golden yellow,four point equilateral star with a red orb in the center surrounded in a blue field with crossing golden yellow cresents on the outside of the crossguard. For Gunnar,he is able to use Deux Luna as a means to launch energy wave blades,or fire energy blasts made of collected light energy,be it Elemental,Solar or Lunar.

Eclipsis: A thick,Kite length,Heater styled shield. The thickness is due to a laser eye embedded in the center of the shield. When the eye is to be fired,the top half of the shield slides up and the bottom half slides down to expose the laser eye which then shoots a short beam of plasma energy about the circumference of a basketball.

Telekinesis: Gunnar is able to move,lift,push,pull and throw things with kinetic energy projected and controlled by his mind. In rare cases,he's been known to compress the area around a targets' head,squeezing until the brain can no longer take the pressure build up around the head and skull.

Telepathy: Gunnar isn't nearly as strong in this area as he is in Telekinesis,the limit to this ability is projecting images into a targets' subconscious,and the angrier Gunnar is,the more hellish the images will be...Gunnar's had years of pain to use as fuel. Other than that,there is a strange telepathic connection between Gunnar and the rest of the Lunatri...kind of a telepathic network.

Light Manipulation: Gunnar is able to create,form and use light based energy,usually either Solar or Lunar for a variety of Offensive,Defensive,Medical or Recreational purposes.

-Judgment Bolt: (**) A massive helixing shot formed into the shape of a spear,made of compressed holy light energy. Gunnar had stopped use of the Judgment Bolt after an errant shot was used on a friend, and since has not found a need to use it,except in one case recently against someone by the name of 'Baal'. It requires a fair bit of life force...this is why it cannot be used more than once in a two week period,so even when he was practiced in it...it would exhaust him,so it's more of a last ditch strike.
(**) Needs an RP to unlock the Holy Variant side of the element to Gunnar.

-"Luna Radium" (Moon Beam) (**) This is an advanced form for Gunnar,in which he has combined every trace of light energy...solar,lunar and elemental and has drawn it into his body. Using this means that Gunnar is left with no other alternative and Judgment Bolt is no longer an acceptable tactic. Luna Radium gives Gunnar a +50% Boost in Physical Strength and Defense,Foot and Flight Speed,as well as Elemental and Telekinetic power.

The cost is that once the energy is completely burned out,it leaves Gunnar in a comatose state and completely vulnerable,also,the closer he gets to burning out the energy...the boost he gets in this form starts to rise until he reaches a potential maximum of +80% Boost.
Another drawback is since this requires an emotional trigger to set off,Gunnar would very likely be in a kind of berserker trance...meaning he cannot be talked down,the enemy he sees before him must be defeated,destroyed or some combination of the two.In this form,Judgment Bolt is a standard ranged attack and Deux Luna's blade becomes a beam of intense light,a beam sword at this point.
