Shadow Manipulation:

Cloak - to gather the shadows about one's self and use them to hide in otherwise-plain sight; does not prevent injury from being attempted or successful. All effects are cancelled upon injury to the manipulator and must be re-attempted.

Half-Life - if cloaked (and remaining undetectable/uninjured by any means), may concentrate and "fade" partially out of existence. This creates a 50/50 chance of escaping attempted injury.

Second Skin - to gather the shadows about a target of any nature and completely surround them; applies and acts like Cloak. All effects are cancelled upon injury to the manipulator and must be re-attempted.

Moyasu - if target of any nature has been afflicted by Second Skin (and remains undetectable/uninjured by any means), may concentrate and command shadows to burn said target. Act of Moyasu leaves the manipulator vulnerable, and applies in gradual stages of severity (may take up to 6 full turns to inflict a 3rd degree burn). Moyasu is potentially fatal to its target, but it is very difficult to maintain an uninterrupted concentration for that long. All effects are cancelled upon injury to the manipulator and must be re-attempted.

Brief History:

An'ei Moyasu woke up in Neo-X afflicted with an almost-complete case of amnesia. She knows her name (or, rather, her Mutant-name), and nothing else.
