In story wise canon characters, both heroes and villains that have been deleted are arrested and placed in which ever holding facility best fits the nature of the character, be it Black Gate or Arkham Asylum. When applying for the character, please include a reason why the character has been released or how they managed to escape from their current situation to keep continuity with the character.
