Equipment: Because of his high rank within Project Cadmus, Rain McClouth is able to have access to a fair amount of supplies not given to civilians. He has an array of military vehicles, equipment, and technology to use at his disposal. At all times, 15 men are under his command at the Project. He is the leading specialist on finding escaped Project Cadmus projects, and is given a wide berth on his resources because of his success rate.
Vehicle: When in the field, Rain McClouth is sanctioned three Hummers and two Project Cadmus transport choppers. These are used to move his men quickly and effiecently; so he can do his job as well as he does it.

Abilities: Rain McClouth is a strategist; and a genius at it. He’s done over 50 operations in Iraq; Africa; and America; he has extremely efficient training with numerous weapons and explosives, and has a strong resolve making him a very good leader when he is in the field. While Rain could have long since retired or moved up in the rankings, Rain prefers to be within the heart of the battle with his men, and Rain has the multiple battle scars to prove he is no softie.
Brief History: Rain McClouth joined the United States Army at 17 years old. Lying on his paperwork, he was shipped off to Iraq when the time came and did extremely well there. Then, being accepted into the Special Forces training, Rain did superbly, passing at the top of his class. From there, his life is shrouded in secrecy behind ‘Confidential’ files and cases, but what is known is he was offered a job working as a high ranking officer at the Cadmus Project. It is widely thought this was in part, due to his tendency of ‘no prisoners’ in mission operations; which had finally taken a civilian death toll the United States Army did not want uncovered. And so, Rain was moved to Project Cadmus, where he flew by the competition in his work of capturing escaped experiments of the Project. He continues to do his job; and is widely respected within the Project for the fact of who he is, and how many times he’s gotten the Project out of thick water.
