PRE-RESTART STORY
Earth 3055 AD
During a battle against a group of space pirates the planet Earth was destroyed, flinging Toxic and the Pirate space craft throughout time and space. Toxic landed on the planet Tatooine. Over the course of a week, Toxic used the pirate technology to travel back to his home planet before it's destruction to stop the planet from blowing up. When he succeeded he was left stranded on Tatooine with no way of geting back home. Months passed and Toxic was kindapped by slavers. While he was enslaved Toxic took care of his owner's cargo ship called The Poetic Justice. One day while his master wasn't around Toxic stole The Poetic Justice an ran away, removing any sort of tracking from his body, and starting a free life. More time passes and a race of aliens called the Zerg attack the planet. Toxic is instrumental in the destruction of the Zerg, but during the battle he lost his right hand. A cybernetic replacement was attached. Much more time passes and Toxic meets up with a man called Slider, together they go on a mission to the uncharted sector in search of treasure. After the mission is completed, Toxic joins up with Slider's crew called The Full Metal Jackals. Though Toxic didn't see eye to eye with the FMJ at all times, he stayed loyal, untill he finally quit to persue a solo career in the shipping and cargo business, along with mercenary work on the side. This is around the time when he met his mentor Ash. Toxic would continue on fighting battles that were crucial to the planet's survival also. One day a tear in time and space opened up and a face from Toxic's past appeared. His name was The Control. In 3053 AD, The Control killed Toxic's fiancee and took Toxic's right eye. The Control would continue to lurk in the darkness for a long time though. Many more battles happened, but one of the more noteworthy ones was against a man named Quijano. The marksman Quijano battled against Toxic in another dimension and defeated Toxic, but Toxic managed to escape just before death and was rescued by friends. This was the start of a lot of bad things to come for Toxic. It was around then that a law firm called Wolfram and Hart became interested in Toxic's abilities. They kept close watch on him. Much later on The Control finally came out of hiding, along with Bio-Mechanically undead clones of Toxic. It was around then that Toxic learned that he had the ability to manipulate Kinetic energy under extreme stress. Toxic succeeded in foiling The Control for the first time. To skip all the boring stuff inbetween, Toxic was injected my a mixture of Jenova Cells and Mako, changing him greatly. He was stronger all around. The Shin-Ra corporation came after him, but he escaped the attempts to capture him, but he didn't escape an attempt by another group. The group captured him and subjected him to a bunch of tests, but Toxic broke out and escaped. With his new found powers he fought against threats to the galaxy and kept trying to avoid Wolfram and Hart at all costs. But soon the universe's fate would be decided. Toxic's role in the end of days would go unseen by everyone, just as he would be for the last days of existance. He finally got his chance to get his revenge on the lawer from WH that made his life a living hell. It turned out though that the lawer used DNA from one of the Toxic clones to obtain powers like Toxic's. In the end Toxic was victorious, he ran a sword through the lawer's heart and kicked him into the mouth of a Kraken. After that Toxic ran as far away as he could from Tatooine. The last he was seen was in his ship, drifting aimlessly through space.
POST-RESTART STORY
Earth 3055 AD
The revolution on Earth was long over, things all over the planet were peaceful. Toxic was a bounty hunter and a smuggler, well respected throughout the planet for his role in the revolution. Things were going pretty well for him. He had a fiancee, a new ship, and was that captain of the local Panzer team. That is untill The Control showed up. The mysterious man known as The Control kidnapped Toxic's girlfriend, and killed her right before having what was thought to be a final showdown between the two. The battle resulted in a large explosion. After fleeing the scene Toxic escaped into deep space, but what he wasn't aware of was that three cruisers marked with old government emblems (the official emblem of the black ops team The Majestic) were tailing behind him. One of the cruisers fired some type of canister that tore a hole in the fabric of space, hurling Toxic towards the planet of Tatooine, as he was crashing towards the surface one of the ships followed him. Toxic crash landed, resulting in him losing his right arm, which he replaced himself. When he arrived on Tatooine he was quick to make friends with the locals, but when signs that The Majestic followed him he disappeared into obscurity, only to come back with a new look and identity. He went by the name Rick Hardcastle. He was captured by the Tragolie Federation and was forced to infiltrate The Majestic's secret underground base. He was found out by The Majestic shortly after though, and was captured. Instead of killing Toxic, they brainwashed him, brining out part of him that was hidden away for a long time. He became the sixth member, and one of the most ruthless. As soon as Toxic realized what was done to him her broke away, trying to put an end to The Majestic, but they escaped as usual. While The Majestic was still there, they stayed out of the picture long enough for Toxic to turn his attention to other ventures. He noticed that the local military group, The Tragolite Federation, caused a war on Tatooine. He started a militia to try to stop the war called The General Wellness Alliance of Mos Eisley (GWAM). Instead of a war between militias though, the Tragolites agreed to move out peacefully. The GWAM stayed though, not as a governmental force, but as a force dedicated to protecting the planet. The GWAM proved time and time again that with a small group of people on thier side, they could still hold their own in battle by using unorthadox tactics. Two more notable tactics were during the war against the Sith Lord Connivere and the Hutt fleet, where they grouped around the Hutt mothership and buzzed around it like a group of flies, trying to rip it open like a can. The other was during a battle against a rogue mobile suit pilot, where all the support ships created a giant "circle pit" in space, letting Toxic and two other mobile suit pilots duke it out.
