Biography (taken from the United Earth Directorate personnel records):
The "Black Sheep" of the powerful Stukov family, Koran was expelled from the United Earth Directorate Armed Forces at the age of 25, for challenging Directorate views on several key policies. In revenge for the assassination of his wife, Kysila, by Directorate agents, young Stukov infiltrated and destroyed a UED Science Vessel, and now spends his life striking the Directorate when he can, while avoiding Directorate hunter teams. He is to be considered extremely dangerous, and possibly mentaly unstable.
