When she isn't racing against the clock, Iku is a hacker. She has a fondness for cybernetic augmentation, nonlethal weaponry, and state of the art gear.
DAMASCUS: Damascus is Iku's companion. Damascus is a sentient, non-eutactic nanosword capable of interfacing with Iku through wires that connect to decker ports on either her wrists or cortex. Much like a lightsaber, Damascus is simply a hilt until activated, at which point trillions of self-replicating nanomachines form together to create the blade, which can be of variable shape, size, and sharpness. Damascus's ultimate goal is to gather melee combat data so that it can become the perfect weapon.
