*The PLANT Chairman opens up, speaking in a press conference.*

Good morning, everyone. I'm Chairman Paptimus Contrast of the PLANT Allied Council, but I'm afraid I have some bad news. Last night, the people of Tatooine was given a glimpse into the violence and strife which claimed the lives of so many during the Galactic Rebellion. An attack on the Imperial Consulate in Mos Eisley led to the deaths of hundreds of civilians who were caught in the crossfire. This attack was unprovoked, unwarrented, and it's culprets have yet to be caught.

*Images are shown, from both Mike Little's satilites, and the Imperial Consulate's recorders, along with their own recordings. Any real military sensitive data, of course, is edited out. But the ArchAngel fighters and all are clear to see.*

As of this hour, the death toll is still climbing. *The videos switches to images of broken people, broken buildings, people weeping for loved ones. Then it switches back to Paptimus and his trusting face.* But we do know one thing- -it will take more than this to break us.

Cooperating with Little Enterprises, we've discovered that the fighters *A picture of one of the fighters appears over his left shoulder, and it begins to be traced in a faux-fancy computer wireframe simulation, until that frame is superimposed on stock footage of the DC's ArchAngel Fighters (from, say, the battle with the Sith)* match the make and model of the Dread Conglomerate. This implicates them in last nights terror campaign. The Dread Conglomerate are known for their rabid anti-Empire stance, but I find it difficult to believe- -or, at least, I HOPE- -that this horror is beyond even their sensibilities. The Imperial Consulate still remains, damaged, but like Eisley itself, intact.

Which concerns what I am here to say- -That Mos Eisley will not fall so easily. In the recent days since the Tragolites meeting, the PLANTs have joined the Planetary Alliance Federation in the spirit of creating a civil, organized government. The recent aquisition of the Republic of Zeon into the PAF's colonies has furthered this goal. The Goal to create a civilized government that takes into account the wishes of all those living in this solar system- -Known, for now, as the PLANT Allied Council.

The idea was to focus on the creation of this government before the subject of military might would ever come to pass. But these terrorist bombings have forced my hand. *He takes a deep breath.* I can not- -I will not- -stand by and watch a government, still in the means of discovering itself, fall to chaos and disorder due to another faction's war. I hereby volunteer all of ZAFT, the PAF, and Zeon's Space Forces, along with the elite military force known as the Titans, to the defense and protection of the sanctity and safety of all people living around these twin stars, not just those who would be citizens of smaller states. We are at the cusp of a new world, and the PLANT Allied Council considers ever single human being (or, otherwise) a member of this new world.

Mos Eisley is a strong, and those who live there breathe this strength. It will not fall so easily. There is not a single person in this system who will let it.

As for the perpetrators of this horrible act, I say this- -come forward. Explain yourself. Until you have made amends for your vicious, terrorist actions, the PLANT Allied Council will consider your forces hostile, and we will act accordingly.

****((OOC Bit- -if there's a big DC/ever'body fight when I'm not around, just NPC my guys, it's important that they actually DO Defend and not just talk about it.))****

The attack was an uncalled for act of agression that has led to the suffering of numerous innocent civillans. The callousness towards the civllians cannot be overlooked, ignored or easly forgiven. These civllians didnt have anything to with any of the factions involved, most were scraping togeather a megar existance only to have it all destoyed by misplaced and uncontrolled anger. the factions involved in the further development of Tatooine must now step forward to prevent another tragedy and to rebuild the damange done. The New Republic offers any of its services to those in need, and Starships are ready to begin patrolling Tatooine space.

Under article 5, subsection A4c-JX of the Little Enterprise Articles of Corporation and Citizens Rights, this attack on Mos Eisley under Little Enterprise stewardship has constituted as a direct military action against the corporation. I demand that those responsible for this vile act come forward and stand trial for their crimes. Failure to comply or disregarding this statement will result in continued action by the Corporation.

I suggest you offer up the perps.

As a Direct Representative of the Tragolite Federation, I'm announcing that we have begun the process of extraditing DC officials in direct consequense of this horrible attack on the Civilians of Tatooine. We are currently offering food stuffs, water, medical aid, and personel to Mos Eisley in light of what happened.

In this fragile time, when a Peoples government is being created the protectors of this planet must pull together with the Citizens that live on-site. Incidents such as this can easily break the fragile peace that exists on Planet. I urge everyone to allow cooler heads to prevail.

I repeat that we are doing our best to bring the responsible parties to justice, Tragolite Warships have already blockaded DC space and will intercept any craft that attempt to cross the treshold.

Two days ago, the commander of a Conglomerate carrier in the Tattoo system, acting of his own initiative and without clearance from Conglomerate Headquarters, launched an air attack on the Imperial Consulate. The responsible officer has been detained and will stand trial for counts including piracy, mass murder, and theft of Conglomerate property.

To the citizens of Tattooine, I extend my deepest regrets and sympathies. Know that this man did not act with my blessing, nor the blessing of anyone but himself.

The Conglomerate will be sending relief supplies to the system and is ready to offer any assistance needed to help the city rebuild.

The trial of the rogue officer will be held at a later date, still to be announced. Thank you..
