Except for the fact that we already had a refueling station, ships to bring Ice and water from the rings of the gas giants, and most considered Mos Eisley the capital of Tatooine. Thank you for apointing a government and over throwing the Hutts...again, and shooting anyone who caused chaos. While this is just speculation, we will not leave Tatooine under mercenary control, neither will we leave it with an unexperianced defense force. We have invested too much in this shimmering beacon of hope to allow it to be taken over by warlords. In a news conference today in Mos Espa, General Ack Kezie voiced his views on the pullout or withdrawl of troops, saying "The time is closing in, even now, Tatooine natives have joined Planetary defense forces and are being trained by Tragolite and Republic forces in general and intensive combat specialties, as well as civil affairs, EOD, and engineering." General Kezie refused to comment on a solid date, but Lt.Col. Andrew Mezidon announced that "Finishing Touches" Are being put on the refueling station, including the Space elevators that will transfer bulk fuel to orbiting ships. There is little point in attacking them, as they do not hold up tragolite laws, but simply wish to protect their homes. We do not wish for censorship of any kind, but make no mistake... The moment this "underground resistance" replaces their words with violence towards any citizens of Tatooine, defense force or civilian, we will respond swiftly and we will show no mercy towards the aggressor(s). Many wish for a tragolite withdrawl... To put it in simple terms, if they leave this very instant, a power vacume will be created, leading to a bloody civil war.
