Tonight, we have exclusive footage of a cult ritual that took place in the old city. *Footage is shown of a pentagram on the rooftop of an apartment complex, Various crosses errected with people hanging on them.* These crosses are the crosses of Thanatos. During this ritual, swordsman in desert robes which we believe to be Nomads, stormed the rooftop with two other individuals, freeing the captives and slaughtering the cultists. This ended with an explosion which you probably saw that drew what little light was left in the sky tonight into it and sent it flying outwards. *Footage shown of this as well.* Reports are comming in across the planet from verious sources saying small attacks between the Thanatos Cult and the Cult of Marcus Aiel are becomming more and more common. More like a loose consolidation of factions that bends to the peoples will. But we wont even have that! I'm just a working man, an average guy. When these Cultests wiped out the city of Mos Eisley into rubble, I was there. I was only a kid, but I was there. When the Death Cultests ammassed a huge army of god knows whats and started slaughtering entire settlements, I was in Eisley. When they came for us, I was there. I wasn't someone on the front line, but I was there. When the Duchy took over the planet, and we fought back, I was there. Just a simple merchant, fighting in the Mobile Suit Corps. I lost my arm. Just got a replacement last week, took a whole month's pay. But I was there. In all these cases, it was because we waited! We let the problem come up and bite us on the ass! The Tatooine Civil Defense League is set up to make sure no one invades us from above- -but what about below?! What about the poor people on the planet's surface? Home grown woes...we don't have an infantry or anything like it, no Tatooine Marines. If we want to protect our homes, WE have to do it! We need Heroes. Not some idiot drunkards fighting on our behalf, but us, the average, working people, to stand up, and fight these creatures before they get the power they had before!
