The Actions and life of Omega Kiyoshi, the Red Dragons, Omega Syndicate, and Serenity Industries have ceased to exist.
In their stay a namely redshirt Named by Zon as Shitface preformed most of the combat actions. None of the political or business.
THe Moon was never initially terraformed by the Red Dragon Syndicate. Instead only a small patch, a colonial station, was created where most of the major events that befell the colony took place. The HALo according to history has existed there for over 7500 years. Perhaps longer.
With no Omega Syndicate or Serenity Industries the organization GWAM obtained their Macross and Variable fighters by finding the Hulk of the SDF Fokker's Revenge beneath the dune sea and with the help of the Lotus Garden (And probably other sources) it would all be reverse engineered and used to safe the Tatoo sphere time and time again.
There are other things. The Diamond sea ceasing to exist.
I'm sure there are other things.
On top of all of that. All the special people Those effected by the event would retain two sets of memories one of the original timeline and one with the new. Those without a strong connection to the original changes possibily forgetting the original all together. (Those that's up to the individual)
The Rare excepts are those protected by temporal shielding or some other special effect
The effected area is localized to within the whole of the galaxy. The galaxies connected to the Route of Ages.
