The Duchy Of Starfield Trans-Civilian Corps 1:44am, July 29, 2003 [Edit] [Delete] That's right, though the military service is still, at this moment, an exclusive, colony-based right and joy, we, the Duchy, want to bring as much comfort and moreover, progress, to Tatooine. In the interest of civilization, we are setting up, throughout the city, districts. These districts will be given to you through the news reports, or through issues that will be nailed to your door over tonight's intermediary. These districts will be used to keep track of civilian movements in the Five Great cities (Mos Eisley, Mos Espa, Mos Trinear, Anchorhead....and...that other one), and divy them up for different school zones. At the moment, there will be six 'schools' in each city, set up through use of prefabricated bunkers made at the colonies, until we can create a safe school building. Until then, there will be no segregation, and all children up to the age of fifteen must report for schooling unless given a special permit which can be obtained by water farmers at the Higher Offices.  Phew!
