Problem with this is that it seperated vets from everyone else. Outlandish rules such as "+50 word attacks", or even "Cannot attack my character unless provoked", or something along those lines. And while, having simply no rules at all seems like a good idea, it could very well end up turning into complete chaos. Rules arem´t implemented to hold you back, per se.
