INTERNAL MEMO

Unilateral decision was taken on 22.05.03.2.623 against the remainder of the Dread Conglomerate. This memo has been dispatched by the Covert Operations Committee to the entirety of the senate, command officers, and upper level administrators for the purpose of their continued participation and co-operation with the Queen's initiative.
One hundred and seventy-five (175) Genocide Drones were QRed to Planet 85203 in System 001213, known colloquially as Raxxis 5, to middle atmosphere. They proceeded to displace the entire atmosphere with mustard gas, forcing the Class-3 Atmosphere to enter wide orbit and form an ice ring, and killing all life on the planet. This was under authorization from Admiral Usset and the Queen.
The planet had formerly been a secret Dread Conglomerate stronghold, and the natives had been convinced that Commander Ace Kaelton was their god. It was from this planet that Kaelton launched his reclamation of the Dread Conglomerate.
This was the first step in Operation Republican Stability, a concerted effort by the Queen and her direct command staff to bring stability to the Outer Rim Republic and put a final end to Kaelton's Dread Conglomerate.
We are aware that Kaelton sympathizers exist in all levels of the military and civilian government. While the Empire does not prosecute its citizens for their opinions, we do expect full co-operation from every one of our staff members. Those who do not give their complete co-operation will be put on secret trial for treason and heresy.
Most recently the Queen's Imperial Intelligence Agency has launched several hundred small probes into the DC Nebula in an attempt to find the exact location of Kaelton's Station.
There are three more steps:
1) Gathering and interpreting the data sent by the probes in the nebula
2) Launching an offensive onto the station with cloned Gorn soldiers, trained to use Gorn tactics and wearing Gorn uniforms while using Gorn weapons. We will not take credit for the attack, and plant as much evidence as possible that it was the action of a rogue Gorn Imperial faction
3) Using a refit DC attack craft to lure Republican forces into the nebula and into direct conflict with the now crippled station.
Each person receiving this memo will be sent further instructions detailing the specifics of their individual involvement and duties. Discussing this memo or these instructions will be treated as lack of co-operation.
