Thread for All Governments Invited, Galatic Luau on Naboo Index | New Thread | Reply | Close | Stick | Delete  All Governments Invited, Galatic Luau on Naboo New Republic 11:37am, June 06, 2008 [Edit] [Delete] Time: 22-6-15 to 22-6-28 Place: Planet of Naboo With the continuing violence and bloodshed, and the recent escalation of such things the New Republic has decided to try and convene an open Delegation on Naboo. All Governments are invited to attend as a way for all governments to meet, talk and perhaps settle some of the problems, make new treaties, and hopefully bring a little more stability to the Galaxy. A limited number of factions will be invited as well, the New Republic is currently setting up visitors to give various presentations on the future of various fields in science, technology, medicine and so on. Currently there will be presentations on the Kamino/Aperture science medical cloning theories, Jedi Historian Tionne and Paranormal theorist Rygar Teaak will present a thesis on a "Unified Paranormal Energy Field" Which theorizes the unusual abilities of Jedi, Mages, Telepathic's and so on, are from one Universal pool at the end. Other governments will have the ability to present their own presentations and are encouraged, the Republic hopes that the Federation may present their findings so far on the Route of Ages, and presentations on the cultures and way of life of the Vulcans and Tellarites. For security reasons there must be strict limitations on vessels, bodyguards and weaponry allowed. The New Republic will field an extensive navy and Ground force for protection, and any governments that may be in conflict at the time must agree to a temporary truce on the planets surface. Being within New Republic territories both sides are guests of the Republic and we expect our guests to not bring their conflicts into our borders. This could be a chance of a lifetime, even a Millinium to make new treaties, find new avenues of trade, or just listen to some Ancient Earth music known as Jazz, Again all Governments are invited, non government factions who wish to attend may place requests, but space is limited. OOC: Its not really an rp thing set up, its meant to be more of a behind the scenes background sorta convention, and possible excuse for various governments to interact and talk. theres nothign really actually planed, since I am barely able to be around anyways, and I couldnt possibly run somthing like that without it dying from my lack of gmingsh. However, everyones free to rp between each other if they wish, and when im around I would be willing to do so also. But yea whatever, if noone shows, the NR tried :P if people show great, if people make a little rp awsome and I get the tax  Neato!
