I finally finished my story! Only took a few months and a few hours today. Only thing is that when I post it here, all the italics and bullets and shit don't appear and it's a bit more difficult to read. If you would like the original version, post your email addy below and I'll send it to you. Also. I'm posting this all OOC. Can't use this info IC. Tell me what you think!

“The Arrival of Death”

This story has been composed by an unknown third party. It will reveal how things unfolded for the four major groups that played part. Thanatos and his Legions, who are driven on bringing their master great power at whatever the cost, the people of Tatooine, a rabble of various beings struggling for the survival of the planet and themselves, a corporation known as Shinra Inc. who is stuck fighting the forces of evil and keeping their own agenda secret, and then, finally, the Ulkatat Tishkalanon, the race of watchers who attempt to stop this evil before it reaches the planet. I send this information to you in hopes that it may help you with the problems we are facing at this moment. I do not know when it was written, but after studying it, this may have happened hundreds of thousands of years ago. Though I hope it shall still aide you. Remember, those who do not know the past are doomed to repeat it.

Part I: The Destruction of Alcardia
In the beginning, there existed a plane known as Alcardia. A beautiful world with lush forest, cool streams, and teeming with life. This luscious world was ruled by a variety of gods. They kept order and made sure everything went according to their divine plan.
Man also inhabited this world, and in being human, inherited evil qualities we all know. They slowly drained this world of life and beauty, waging war upon each other. The gods took sides to help out mortals that they favored, but did nothing to stop the violence. This continued until man reached an age of technology that far surpasses our own. Using newly created weapons of unseen power, they wiped themselves from existence.
As the gods argued among themselves in their heavens above the plane, a being was currently watching the world, plotting his twisted plans.

Part II: Thanatos Revealed
This dark being was known as Thanatos. Serving as Death for the gods, he passed final judgment on souls, sending them to their proper place in the after life. After the destruction of humanity however, Thanatos came up with a plan to usurp the Gods.
The Gods had never paid much heed to Thanatos, believing him to be too weak to cause any trouble. This, along with the small war erupting between the gods, left Death with no one to witness his actions. While they bickered, Thanatos took all the souls that had yet to receive judgment and absorbed them into his own being, adding to his power and leaving the soul in an endless state of limbo. After he had collected all the spirits from Alcardia, he went into the underworld and drained it of all its souls.

Part III: Chaos in the Heavens
After completing this task, he appeared in the heavens, proclaiming rule of the other gods. The group thought him insane and sent Dredaka, the war god, to defeat him and send him back to work.
He was destroyed. His spirit absorbed into his dark body.
After witnessing this firsthand, the God’s realized what he had done and attempted to ban together to defeat this terror. Not being able to cooperate along with their arrogance lead to each of their downfalls. Finally, the race of Gods was defeated. With that, Thanatos became even stronger and was left to his own devices.

Part IV: Preparations
With only a desolate wasteland to rule, Thanatos decided to expand his power. Over the next million years, he traveled throughout the world into lost archives, searching for a way off his plane and onto one with physical beings to feed on. At last he found the correct spell he needed and prepared to leave.
Transferring his spirit into a ball of energy, he was able to create a gate and hurl his essence into the expanses of the multiverse. Feeding off the energy through his time in the multiverse, he had found that his destination would be tatooine, a bloody planet of war and hatred. What better place to strengthen his power.
During his time, he had telepathically communicated to a wretched being on the planet to foretell his arrival. This Dark Prophet was given the power to create five great plagues: An endless red eclipse, a sandstorm to engulf the planet, the water sources transformed to blood, the appearance of lost spirits, and the suffering of a species native to the world. The final gift he gave the Prophet was the power to summon three great dragons that would strike terror into the hearts of the people. With these things in place, he felt that the world would be too chaotic and busy to mount an offensive against him.
With everything in place, the Dark Prophet preformed all the tasks that were given to him. Using a series of staves he had created under Thanatos’ instruction, he used the tools to put every plague into order. He also obtained three fanatics to use as a sacrifice to summon the dragons. Although the sacrifice was almost stopped, the Prophet struck his blade into the final being, releasing their spirits and awakening the three dragons; Bahamut, Tiamut, and the mystical Zable Fahr.
This final act was also the end for the prophet. The energy collected into his staff not only summoned the dragons, but opened the gate on tatooine, the final act to receive Thanatos. The energy was so great that it reduced the prophet to bones.
It was only a matter of time before Thanatos arrived.

Part V: The Arrival of the Watchers

As Thanatos slowly made his approach to the world, he caught the attention of a race of beings known as the Ulkatat Tishkalanon, or the Watchers. The Watchers are a race of extremely old beings with the power to travel the multiverse at their whim. With this power, along with the fact they can only die in combat, made them one of the most powerful beings in existence.
The Watchers charged themselves with protecting the plains of existence from outside sources not known to their worlds. Their council had picked up on Thanatos’ messages to the prophet, deciding to react while they still had time. If he wasn’t stopped by the time he reached tatooine, the watcher’s code prevented them from aiding the planet’s people directly on their own world.
The council sent a group of twenty watchers, most of them of young age, lead by U’krin K’tal. U’krin had strong ties to the planet tatooine, warning their people of certain threats that might have destroyed them in the past. Although viewed as rebellious by the council, his zeal and affections for the planet put him in position of leadership.
While Thanatos made his approach, the watchers had set up a trap. As he made his way past one of the more isolated dimensions, the watchers pulled his spirit onto the world so they could verse him in mortal combat.
Although the Tishkalanon have always been amazing fighters, the group chosen was rather inexperienced in comparison to their other breatherin. They surrounded the evil and attacked him head on. Thanatos, being of a greater age and power, easily took each watcher down using simple hand to hand techniques until he was left alone with K’tal.
The battle was furious as each attack clashed against each other, echoing like thunder in the sky. Although U’krin’s experience was vast, even he couldn’t compare to Thanatos’ power. Even after activating his ultimate energy technique, he stood no chance and was mortally wounded.
Knowing now that the watchers couldn’t interfere once he made it to Tatooine, he spared U’krin’s life so he would witness the destruction of his beloved planet. With that, he returned into the streams of the multiverse towards his destination. It would take a few more days before U’krin would regain enough strength to travel to tatooine.

Part VI: Death Arrives

Death arrived hours later on the barren planet, pleased with his handiwork. Now that everything was set, it was time to put his new plan into order. Even though his power was still immense, it was somewhat drained during his journey, the inconvenient stop earlier not helping matters. If he was to reign over this planet, he would need a source of power and a group of servants to defeat anyone that may oppose him. Hero’s weren’t the problem. Their combined strength however, caused him much concern.
With that, Thanatos traveled to the city of Mos Eisley to search for servants he could trust to follow his every whim. Each one he found that was strong in power and undying loyalty, he would infuse with his own power. This would allow him to communicate with the individual, add to their power, and even take it away or prevent it if the need occurred. This also left the person with a cryptic cross burnt into their forehead. These beings were known as the anointed, each carrying much power and following out death’s will.
The first chosen was known as Tomar the Bloody. Thanatos was impressed with his abilities during his trip to Mos Eisley.
The next was a dark jedi known as Nick Lenov. He was chosen during Thanatos’ arrival at the old Shinra Tower.
The Dark Lord Kandos was chosen as well, although his stubbornness and traitorous acts lead to his own downfall. No one knows what ever happened to him.
The final one was known as William Quijano. His undying loyalty and marksmanship skills served the cause until the end.
One step closer to obtaining his goal, all he needed now was a base.

Part VII: Ruins of Old
During his travels through the desert, Thanatos arrived at a large tower hidden in a massive mountain range. The structure was intact, yet it seemed to be in ruin; a lost remnant of the past hidden away in the rock and sand. Although the place was defended by hordes of demons, Thanatos was able to control them with ease.
The creatures guarding the place were creations of the corporation known as Shinra Inc. The company had been studying how to mutate individuals into demons and was using a necromancer known as Randia to control them against his will. The corporation had planned to use these creatures to attack their enemies in secret, making them think that the attacks were a demonic and paranormal happening that occurs on Tatooine all the time. Along with the skills of Nicholas Lenov, the undercover Turk was even able to teach some of the new creatures force abilities, creating formidable assassins. Unfortunately for the corporation, Thanatos’ power to control these demons far exceeded those of the necromancer, allowing him to turn the creatures against their creator. In a matter of minutes, he had overtaken the tower, turned Lenov to his side with promises of untold power, and now had a formidable army to cause havoc throughout the world.

Part VIII: Born Into Chaos
At once, Death sent the anointed into the city of Mos Eisley to search out the strongest of the people on the planet. As information was collected, he had his followers exterminate many individuals, most notably, James Aeris, who was a leader of the new jedi order on the planet. As the plans progressed, it eventually started bringing unwanted attention to Thanatos’ activities.
A lone Turk was sent to the old Tower and nearby mako plant to find out why communications between the factory and the main base in the city had been nonexistent for nearly three weeks. Although Nick Lenov and the demons tried hard to stop the individual, The Turk narrowly escaped in his fighter, returning to tell Shinra high command what had happened.
After hearing the alarming news, Shinra contacted the diplomats from the Shinra Corporate Sector for assistance. Although not too concerned with the problems, the high command sent a company of soldiers to the planet to retake their assets.
Unfortunately, the attack went very poorly. Due to political conflicts within the city, over half the company was called into Mos Eisley to protect their assets there. The tank platoon wasn’t able to traverse the steep mountains around the tower and was forced to head back to the city. A few platoons were then left to retake the desert tower. The group was immensely outnumbered and eventually ran out of ammo and supplies. Their retreat route was blocked off and after three days of fighting, all communications from the group ceased to arrive.

Part IX: The Fall of Tiamut
As the people of the planet began to grow concerned, Thanatos began the first phases of his plan to annihilate the hero’s of the planet. Sending the anointed into the city, he had them spy and watch the inhabitants, gathering information. Besides the Jedi, they found a group of heroes known as the Poker Club, a close nit band of rogues and misfits that had defended the planet many times against the forces of evil. They were declared the next to be eliminated.
One of the heroes, known as Buzz Argonon, was sitting alone in the local cantina where the anointed planned an ambush. With only a few cantina patrons to defend the place, the servants of the damned crushed the resistance and were successful in capturing Buzz. They took him to the summit of Mount Oracle, wrapping him to a massive granite cross with bounds of rusted barbed wire.
Days later, the Poker Club was informed of the whereabouts of their friend by Lenov. The plan was to lure the group together and crush them in one swift blow. The heroes fell for it and made their way to the mountain. The group consisted of The Slider, Jek Nado, Grant Relevart, and Nemo Cyan Argonon.
The group made their way on foot up the steep cliffs and tunnels of the mountain, fighting a group of Lenov’s force trained demons. Although slowed down a bit and worn out, they defeated these rivals and continued to the pinnacle of the summit.
They reached the barren mountaintop, Buzz hanging on the cross in a gruesome display. As they began to take him down, a massive creature arose in front of them from the rocky crags. The being had red scales, stronger then steel and teeth that could tear through the toughest armor. His size was comparable to a freighter and his massive tail could crush rocks with a single swipe. The creature was the dragon Tiamut. The first of the Three.
As the group struggled with cutting down their friend, the massive beast attacked them with a hail of fire. The group retaliated, but their weapons were no match for the ancient creature. They took cover behind the gigantic rocks, using whatever means necessary to try and wound the beast. The heroes then began to concentrate their fire on Tiamut’s face, aggravating the beast and forcing it to flee. After that, Grant was able to contact his ship and the group began climbing the rope ladder to the freighter.
Suddenly, Tiamut reappeared, cleaving the ladder in two with its massive, razor sharp teeth. With half of the group still stuck on the summit, the Slider decided to risk his life to save the rest of the crew.
Getting into one of the smaller zip crafts, he exited the freighter and attacked the dragon, forcing him to pursue the small craft. Although he came close to death many a time, the nimble ship was agile enough to avoid the ancient’s gullet. As Slider came back around, Grant Relevart fired all the weapons on his ship head on at the dragon. The weapons were enough to damage its wings to the point where they couldn’t function. With that, the dragon fell into the gullies of the mountain ridge, being impaled on the jagged rocks below.

Part X: The Return of the Watcher
The next few days could be considered calm by the standards of this time period. Many of the group were in the hospital getting their wounds treated, while the others debated what they were up against. Luckily, an old acquaintance showed up to provide them with information.
U’krin K’tal had recovered from his wounds, returning to Tatooine to see what occurred so far. The ancient watcher was given the groups account of the battle with Tiamut and the strange events going on throughout the planet. The stranger then told them about what he had found out about Thanatos and how he obtained his power. Things looked grave indeed.
If Thanatos was able to defeat the people of this world, he would move onto the next planet and the next, eventually overtaking the entire multiverse. Although U’krin could gather the watchers to attack Thanatos in between traveling to various worlds, by the time he left Tatooine, he might have been too strong for even the watchers to defeat. Either the people of Tatooine would stop this, or existence itself was doomed. Telling the group to prepare for the worst, he went to try and find anything that might be able to defeat this menace. With that, the stranger departed back to Alcardia to uncover more information.

Part XI: The Floating Metropolis
A few days later, Nicholas Lenov arrived in the city to inform the Jedi of an offer sent by Thanatos. He stated that if the three were defeated, they would be granted access into Thanatos’ dwelling to face him in combat. Although many took the message seriously, others mocked the dark jedi, ridiculing himself and his dark master.
Thanatos secretly viewed this event and decided to prove his power once again. Funneling his power through Nicholas, he created a violent earthquake that lifted the city from the earth high into the air. After the chaos dissipated, the city of Mos Eisley was suspended five miles above the ground. Little did the citizens know that the situation would grow even worse as time would progress.

Part XII: Zable Fahr
Very little was known about the third dragon, Zable Fahr. Unlike Tiamut and Bahamut, he had a vast knowledge of the arcane arts and used them to his advantage. When he had appeared on the planet, he disguised himself as a follower of Thanatos, looking like one of the anointed and posing as a swordsman. The only exception of his appearance was the mark he had on his forehead looked more like it was burned onto his skin instead of a tattoo. After hearing of the fall of Tiamut, he decided to cause mayhem inside the city and claim vengeance for his fallen breatherin.
His first encounter was with a swordsman known as Hakrushai. The individual came from a planet in an alternate dimension against his own will, living out the life of a hermit. He had been charged to be a keeper of an ancient blade known as the Zatetzuken, one of the five blades of the nomad warrior, Marcus Aiel. Wishing to obtain this blade, the mystic dragon caught up with the wanderer in the outskirts of the city.
Although the dark swordsman fought with great zeal, he was no match for the age and wisdom of the ancient beast. As the battle raged in the sandstorm, Zable toyed with the man until he got bored. With that, his twin scimitars pierced Hakrushai’s chest and he breathed his last. His body was placed in the outstretched arms of a statue of an angel. With that, he picked up the ancient blade and headed further into the city.
Unlike the anointed, the dragons cared little for Thanatos’ plans. They did what they wished and cared little for the aftermath. Zable entered the cantina, determined to destroy the ones who had defeated Tiamut. Finding the Slider and Grant, in the bar, he unleashed a portion of his power.
Various jedi aided in trying to stop Zable Fahr, being more of a nuisance then anything else. Grant urged Slider to leave to get the others together to help stop the menace. He stayed so that the others may form a plan. With that, the group fought with everything they had. Grant was hit with a blast of dark energy that destroyed most of his upper left shoulder and burnt his face. Before collapsing, he was able to fire a grenade at the dragon that, combined with the others attacks, sent the warrior flying out of the tina.
Zable, enraged, transformed into his original form and took off. The quaint little tavern was a disaster. Many died, others left severely wounded. Grant was taken to a hospital, but ended up dieing hours later. The Zatetzuken that Fahr had carried mysteriously vanished from the scene. Up in orbit, Slider began to gather many of the heroes to formulate a plan.

Part XIII: Plotting an Offensive
Awhile after the attack, Jek Nado, Jack Knull, Ash Williams, Buzz Argonon and Toxic Marsh gathered on Slider’s ship to discuss what should be done. Slider, traumatized by the current events and the severity of the situation, proposed that the group sacrificed the planet to save the universe. Using a Trilithium bomb, the detonation would destroy the planet and the twin suns, killing everyone on the planet, but saving the universe.
The group argued with him that it might be too drastic. If it didn’t work, Thanatos would have even more people to feed on and would be too strong for the Tishkalanon. Any chance that anyone else on the planet would have would be wiped out. Even if it did work, Lenov had mentioned that everyone vanquished by Thanatos would be reborn if he was defeated. The ones that would be brought to life would end up waking up in space and dieing yet again.
After calming down Slider, the group came up with another option. They would get as many people together as possible and fight Thanatos head on. They would gather the most unique and rare weapons, find the greatest warriors and fight with every bit of energy they had. Agreeing to the idea, the group began to work out the plan, still awaiting information from the Stranger.

Part XIV: Piles of Bones
As the forces began to plan, Thanatos started looking over his minion army. Although versatile due to Shinra’s technology, the numbers the dark lord wanted did not even come close. Using his own will and action, he summoned forth two groups of demons. The first brought into creation was the Order of the Ebon Hand, a ruthless band of armored goblins and orcs. The creatures used crude, bladed weapons and shields, along with armor. Although they were very weak, their numbers totaled into the thousands. He created hybrids of the creatures that could fly, contained acid, and could use energy projectiles. As their numbers increased, the hordes were sent into the waste to cover the sands in blood. Once their numbers were large enough, he could proceed to eliminate the forces of good, once and for all.

Part XV: Reinforcements
Weeks passed with no hope in sight. The desert had become a lifeless void with the arrival of the creatures. Anyone that lived outside the city was annihilated. The Jawa and Tusken race was wiped out except for the few that traveled into the mountains and the one city that had yet to be harmed. Yet Mos Eisley became a haven for those who had nowhere else to go and had nobody left. Eventually, the first group arrived to offer their assistance.
The mercenary force known as the Tribe of the Broken Fist had been contacted by Jek Nado after his meeting with his friends. This group of warriors was one of the greatest in the galaxy. Trained to fight from birth and with access to some of the rarest weapons imaginable, they were a force to be reckoned with. The quality of their gear was unmatched, due to their weapons being handmade by the tribal weapon smiths. One of their greatest creations was the Sapphire Bullets, which integrated an unknown source of magic to add to its power. They landed on the outskirts of the city, set up camp, and met with the heroes to begin an assault plan.
The tribesman’s arrival was one of the major turning points in the war. Their first task was to head into the wasteland and rescue all the poor souls still stuck in the desert. They did well, liberating many cities and bringing the refugees back to the floating city.
During the liberation of Mos Espa, the Tribesman along with Buzz Argonon, Ash Williams and Jek Nado, were dropped off into the hills surrounding the city to provide sniper support while the ship went in to pick up survivors. The Poker Club got separated from the group in the midst of the massive sandstorm and were ambushed by Nick Lenov and Zable Fahr. Fortunately, the group was armed with heavy lasers created by the Tribe and was able to force Lenov to retreat.
Zable Fahr would not as easily admit to defeat. Using his arcane powers, he transformed into his ancient form of a massive, black dragon. Although the group fought valiantly, their attacks seemed to prove ineffective against the ancient beast. As he continued to pound the group with ancient magic and powerful physical attacks, all hope seemed lost.
Jek Nado, fed up and disgusted with everything, hurled the power pack of the laser cannon at Zable, which he ended up swallowing. Almost allowing themselves to be defeated, hope came in the form of a large tribal ship. That is, until the group realized the beast carried a small nuclear reactor in it’s stomach. The ship fired, the Poker Club ran, and the beast went boom…..
It would be a few weeks until the ship would get repaired and the three heroes would recover from their injuries.

Part XVI: An Unexpected Ally
With one dragon left on the planet, the Tribesman had decided to send in a small strike team to defeat it. The Poker Club and an unknown priest, now equipped with speeder bikes mounted with heavy weaponry, left the floating city into the waste to defeat the next threat.
What they found in the desert was astounding. The demons had grown in numbers, covering the landscape below them. The group flew their speeders above them, approaching their destination.
The ancient dragon Bahamut, lord over all dragons, loomed in front of them on a mountain top. Spreading his giant wings, he swooped towards the group. As they prepared to fire their cannons, the beast unleashed an energy blast, annihilating hundreds of demons below them.
The dragon spoke to the group of an alliance. Brought to this planet against his will, he was only a pawn in a much greater scheme. He offered his services to the group so that he may have the chance to return to his homeland.
With that, the moral of the group soared to the highest it had been since the beginning of this war. Little did they know how shortly it was going to fall…

Part XVII: The Siege of Mos Eisley
Historical Note: The Siege of Mos Eisley was a battle that affected everyone’s lives. It is impossible to tell of every little story and detail that occurred. We will attempt to cover the major facts of the battle and how it was finally resolved.
As the warriors prepared for the final assault, Thanatos watched it from his all seeing fortress. With the Anointed striking out at targets across the waste, he finally ordered his demon armies to attack Mos Eisley and utterly destroy it. With the heroes’ ranks lessened and their moral low, the time to strike was perfect.
It is estimated that over 50,000 troops marched against the city under Thanatos’ banner. The soldiers consisted of the Order of Yawgmoth and the Order of the Ebon hand, along with siege weapons and equipment scavenged from the desert. The Ebon Hand’s variety of troops, coupled with the hardiness of the Yawgmoth scrap heap demons proved to be a fearsome foe. Although technically weak, they out numbered the defenders of the city approx. 166 to 1
An unexpected factor also came into play when the elite military force known as the Sardukar arrived at the same time to attack. These troops fought for another dimension very devout in their religious principles and true to custom. Their interaction with Mos Eisley factions revealed to them that the people of the planet used droids, which were banned from their dimension after massive wars almost tore their worlds apart, known as the Buletarian Jihad. Although smaller in numbers, their technology was extremely advanced. They proved to be a major threat at the beginning of the battle.
As the weeks progressed, the resistance was slowly weakened. Many parts of the main wall were weakened, forcing troops to cover the area while repairs were being done. This left other areas open for attack, weakened those walls, and the cycle continued. Meanwhile, the continuing sandstorm interfered with shields and aircraft, severely limiting defensive measures from the land and sky.
Weeks passed until the battle was finally over. The city was finally overrun when the survivors were evacuated and an individual only known as Saint detonated an atomic stockpile, destroying the remnants of the army. Many lost their lives, including Bahamut, who was engulfed by the demon swarms. The result took thousands of lives, cost billions of credits, and scarred the survivors for a lifetime. The remaining few gathered what they had left and headed towards the mountains in search of Thanatos.

Part XVIII: The Desert Tower
The desert tower was the most heavily fortified position during the entire war. The old tower was composed of molecularly bonded armor, the mountains restricted transports, and the demons stationed there were the strongest and most elite of Thanatos’ forces.
As stated earlier, these creatures were the results of Shinra’s demon breeding program which used slaves and prisoners, slowly mutated and trained in suspended animation pods. This, along with the mako infusions created highly intelligent warriors, just as viscous as their primitive counterparts, but with the intelligence to coordinate attacks and use weapons. These creatures had already defeated the special ops team sent by Shinra months earlier, scrounging their bodies for weapons.
As the defenders of Tatooine approached though, the corporation sent a company of military regulars from the SCS to decimate the demons. Although this allowed the citizens time to get inside the tower, this was never the soldiers’ main goal.
Shinra’s objective was to break into the cloning facility and destroy all evidence of their work, as not to be connected and held responsible for the evil that swept the land. They accomplished their mission, keeping all evidence of their involvement concealed.
Meanwhile, the citizens ascended the tower to its final floor, encountering Thanatos for the first time. Their efforts were in vain as Death easily defeated the heroes as he completed the final rites to the portal that connected the worlds of Tatooine and Alcardia. As he departed the world, he left the group in the hands of the necromancer Randia. After his defeat, the heroes regrouped and recompiled supplies before continuing their assault.
During this time, U’krin K’tal finally returned. Reappearing to the group he told them more of Thanatos’ plans. The portal linking the worlds would unleash Thanatos’ demons from Alcardia onto Tatooine, turning it into a vile wasteland. This is how he would corrupt the entire known universe, making his vision a reality. He left the group to their devices as he assembled the rest of the watchers, in case they failed…

Part XIX: Return to Alcardia
Information as the historical text comes to an end becomes vague, as most of the information gathered was from personal accounts. We will try to be as accurate as possible to explain what occurred in these final days.
From what we know, the individuals that had entered the world of Alcardia were thrown into a surrealistic landscape. The ground was described more as black water that creatures emerged from that could change its properties. At times it would encase groups of warriors and transport them to other barren areas of the world or force them to fight until the creatures had been defeated inside the bubble. People described futuristic, ruined cities located underground, along with black mountains. Finally, there was Thanatos’ palace, a massive Tower which made the one in the desert seem miniscule at best.
The main division of troops from Tatooine was forced to do battle against the minions of Thanatos early into entering the world. During this time, the group got separated into two groups, one half forced to compete against the Anointed in the underground caverns while the other remained above ground, advancing towards the temple.
While the others struggled to survive, the other half of the group eventually made it to Thanatos’ palace. Inside, they battled against apparitions brought back into being by Thanatos’ corrupt hand. They faced off against many evils from the past like Marcus Aiel, Rico, and a corrupt form of U’krin K’tal. After each victory, the group was able to progress further into the tower, being tested mentally and physically, until eventually arriving to Thanatos’ throne.
After that, much of it becomes a mystery….

Part XX: Ballade of Fallen Heroes
What is known about the final battle has been gathered from scant pieces of ancient text and from word of mouth. We are not entirely sure what happened during that final battle. Many reports suggest that the party that fought against Thanatos was totally annihilated and the Ulkatat Tishkalanon was the ones to defeat him. Some say that the heroes that day succeeded in their conquest on their own while others report that the two groups somehow worked together. Some say their spirits were just too powerful for him to contain. However he was defeated shall remain a mystery to us. No matter the case, death was vanquished that day, bringing forth a semblance of peace throughout the multiverse.
The city of Mos Eisley returned to the earth and the plagues ceased. Reconstruction of a new city began right beside what is now known as the old city. The celebrations lasted for weeks afterwards. The citizens returned to their normal lives while a mutual respect between the factions hung in the air for quite awhile afterwards. This was a victory by the people, for the people. Years after the fact, the idea that together, the people could defeat any threat instilled hope in the populace. They suffered hard for victory, but they survived.
Shinra Inc. was able to keep their secret hidden for years to come until a mishap drew the information out to the people. By that time, the name Shinra was only a vague memory, just another empire that slowly crumbled away on Tatooine.
The Ulkatat Tishkalanon, not even stopping to celebrate, began to recruit a new generation of watchers to replace their fallen numbers. The group has grown strong and still continues to protect all of creation, like the angels of God himself.

Additional Facts and Information

List of influential characters during the Thanatos War:

Jek Nado
Ashley Williams
Buzz Argonon
Jack Knull
- These four individuals were known as the “Poker Club”, a group that did much of the fighting during this war. These individuals are rumored to have battled Thanatos at the very end, although whether they survived or not is still a mystery. Many say they continued to defend tatooine after the war while others say they disappeared or never even returned after the fact. The most likely and reputable story is there was only ever five members in the “club” at one time. When one died or vanished, another was found to replace them. Many other strange folktales exist and tell such nonsense stories about the group being a bunch of alcoholics and cowards.

Saint
- This individual sacrificed himself when detonating the explosives in Mos Eisley that destroyed the demon army.

Slider

-These individuals played significant roles in the war. To what extent or capacity is unknown, but we can assume they were significant since their names continued to reappear during our historical research.

Tomar The Bloody
Nicholas Lenov
William Quijano
Lord Kandos

-A few of the known Anointed

Rumors of the Anointed.
There has been a few accounts of data that suggest that some of the anointed survived after their masters death.
