We are at a dangerous time, my friends.
This communication is being sent to all mannor of being, through both public communications such as this one, and to every faction leader in the Tatooine Sphere.
That being said, I come to speak to you as a fellow leader, and as a fellow member of this planetary sphere.
We are at the flashpoint of human existance. The being known as Talithan has threatened to exert his meglomaniacal conquest towards us!
If not threatened, he has outrightly told us. Look at what he has done to Tatooine! Mos Eisley has blocked off from the rest of the world, any attempts to tunnel through the mountains have been met with the death of the tunneling teams. The suns themselves have been turned from a constant ray to a shimmering grey filter of the cloud cover.
And the air!
Talithan has changed the air, making it barely breathable!
He has taken our very right to breathe!!!!
Are we going to stand idley by while he continues these casual displays of his power!?
I say no!
I propose the creation of a Court. A Civil Court, a meeting place for delegates from all of our Empires. A place where we can figure out how correctly to deal with this threat! This is a threat to all of us, we have no time to waste!
Now, I know this may have been done before. And I know that if it has been, it didn't work out very well.
To put it bluntly, I don't care.
Talithan is nearing his final strike. We need to meet, together, and anihilate this threat to us all.
