*A broadcast of the GWAM medal ceremony comes on screen*

*There's a line of people standing on the stage, Toxic is in the middle, Wendy is to his left, and Haweke is to his right*

Today we are here to celebrate and remember the men and women who fought in the grueling war that started only two days ago. They put their lives on the line, but why? Was it to save their homes? I think it's more than that. I think they did it to prove to the galaxy that they don't need help in protecting themselves, they don't need to live under some dictator's rule, and together they have the power to keep Tatooine an independent nation! *met with cheers* Tonight standing before you are strong and brave men and women who went above and beyond the call of duty, they looked death in the face over the past two days, but the didn't stop. In fact they did more than what was asked of them. Tonight is their night, their night to receive reward for their merits, and their night to rest easily knowing that they did everything they could for their planet! *the crowd applauds the people on stage*

Now without further hesitation, I present to you some of the finest men and women in the galaxy! *they applaud as Toxic head to the end of the line as a random dude follows* Corporals Appoly and Roberto, your valor in the skies is unmatched. Without your assistance in Lt. Zennar's air strike our mission would have been a total failure *pulls out two medals pinning them onto the guys* for that I award you with the GWAM Airbase Star of Valor *people clap*

*goes to the next person in the line* Lt. Sski, the Gorn may be a strange and different race compared to what we know, but your mind a spirit burns like anyone else in this military establishment I award you with the golden flame, the highest honor that the GWAM can offer *pins it on him, and salutes him, giving a nod to when they were prisoners, there's more cheering*

*heads over to Nakima* Nakima Danth your mental and physical prowess was crucial in the destruction of the mobilized walking tank Lochness. Even when its crushing feet came down for you, you didn't shed a drop of sweat, for that I also award you with the golden flame *pins it on her, there’s applause*

*walks up to Kristiea Sumount* Kristiea Sumount, your talents in stealth and computer hacking were crucial to finding the weakness of Lochness without you the support team would have surely died. For that I award you too with the highest honor that the GWAM can bestow *pins it on her, applause*

*walks up to Tiny* Tiny Malfunction, your leadership skills in our time of need we're simply amazing. You lead our troops with amazing skill and tactical genius. For that I honor you the rank of Commander of the GWAM Troop base. *hands over a couple of different cases, and Tiny holds them up triumphantly. There's much applause*

*walks up to Haweke* Zennar Kourmann, you lead the men up in the skies. I know you very well personally, and I know how humble you are. I know you won't accept the honor I am about to give you right away, but I am going to give it to you as an offer. Lt. Zennar Kourmann, I offer you the position of Commander of the GWAM Air Bases *hands over cases like Tiny got and there’s thunderous applause. Toxic shakes Haweke’s hand when Haweke takes the cases*

*walks up to Wendy* Finally I wish to present something to this young woman, Wendy. For the past eight years of her life she lived her life as a prisoner. She fought hard to survive, and she did everything she could so that one day she could see a familiar face again, even if it meant to torture the one she longed to see. Out of anyone on this stage or all over the galaxy, she is the one soul who has the most strength and courage to overcome the impossible. Wendy for that I am not going to give you a medal, or a contract, no I can't possibly give someone like you any sort of material item to express my gratitude. Wendy, I can only offer you a promise, a promise that you will live a free and healthy life from here on out. *crazy cheering*

*goes back to the middle of the crowd* We're here today not only to honor this group of men and women, but to honor who truly won this war. Without you, the people of Tatooine, this war would have been impossible. On one side we had The Majestic and their army, on the other side we has the Empire waiting to strike on anything that got a kilometer from the city. If this war would have broke that line, then it would have been over for all sides instantly, and a new war would have started, a never ending war. The same thing that the Majestic wanted in the first place. Our front line got pushed back close to that line, but then the people of Tatooine banded together and fought along side of our troops. You are all the true heroes of this war. Thank you, thank you all for your hard work and bravery, and remember those who we have lost, always. *after a moment of silence* I thank you all again for doing what it took to keep this planet independent, and we can only hope that it won't come to that again. *final applause*

*transmission ends*
 Oh yay

Great..you beat an undisclosed force with unknown numbers from within Tatooine. Wonderful. Lets celebrate the victory that spawned on our own planet. We sure can beat the hell out of a few nasty critters that sprung up outta the ground.

...so what does that prove? We can defend ourselves from threats from above? The Empire had the trigger to the head of Mos Eisley if GWAM couldn't turn the tide. Sure, we did but I don't call that a victory..I call that desperation. How many times can we pull that out huh? Against bigger forces?

Celebration huh? Hold onto your victory while you can. All this is doing is making more people interesting in our dust ball. I sure feel bad for all those people that died to stop a few terrorist that decided to make a run for power.

Atleast under the Hutts we didn't have to worry about everyone and their momma trying to kill us.
