We stand here infront of Lochness, a two story bi-pedal neuclear tank. It has the ability to launch a nuke from anywhere on the planet, a nuke that is invisble to radar or sensors. We are willing to use this tank to push this planet into a new era, but we don't have to. We have two very simple demands... if you give us what we want, we will not turn Lochness on this planet. *he emphasises the word "we"*
First, You are to stand aside and not interfere with our plans to destroy the old cities of this planet and rebuild them all into a large metropolis, we will not kill the civillians, unless they resist us.
Second, Bring us this man. *a picture of Rick Hardcastle comes over the transmission* We need him to complete this operation.

Soon we will be closing heavily armored doors over top of Lochness, if you want those doors to stay shut, then you must give us what we demand. If you show signs of hostility towards this base, we will activate this tank and stop you in your tracks. You have been warned.
