[Delete] | Some Ground Rules for any RP that happens inside the Cantina (the bar, not the chat).
1.Explosives, or any other weapon that causes mass amounts of damage will not be tolerated. If discovered, you will be forceably removed from the establishment if you don't leave of your own accord. (Mike:) If a weapon of mass damage is used, a containment field will be automatically activated in the immediate area around it to prevent damage to the structure.
2.You start a fight, expect to finsh it outside. You start a fight and injure uninvolved patrons or the staff, expect to be finished.
3.No undead allowed, with a few exceptions, you know who you are.
4.Drinks will be paid for when bought, unless charged to your credit account. All accounts will be paid for at the beginning of the week, if you're late on your payment, you don't drink.
5.You will abide by the orders and direction of the staff of the cantina, if you don't-They have the authority to remove you.
6.By entering the cantina, you remove the owner of all liability of what happens to you on the premises.
7.Don't think we won't kill you if the situation deems it necessary. I have the paperwork, it's only about two minutes of my time.
OOC Note: If you're going to attack the cantina, there needs to be someone online who's working there. This doesn't pertain to fights in the bar that do not involve the structre itself (besides negligible things like chairs, tables, ect.

[Delete] | What exactly constitutes mass damage? I mean, as Koran, I've fired off several Canister rounds in the Tina already (which make about a 3-6 foot crater, depending on what they hit). And i do agree, its not the same without the Cantina getting blown to peices every other day lol. |

[Delete] | Ry's right. I'm attempting to at least pretend to run the cantina like a business. All I'm asking is that you don't destroy the fucking building every other day. If you look at the rules, You're not really being restricted that much. If you start a big fight in the cantina, you're going to get shot at anyway, we don't have magical containment fields' that will render you fucking unconcious the second you draw a gun. With regard to explosives-Don't wave your thermal detonaters around like a fuck-head and we won't have a problem. I fucking run contraband on the side in here, I don't give a shit if your characters smuggle stuff in, just don't cause trouble with it or flaunt it if you don't want the accompanying attention. I don't give a damn if the undead want to have a drink, but they cause more trouble than their worth, most of the time. The general rule here is Don't fuck with us, and we won't fuck with you.
You can't rebuild an entire building day after day, week after week instantly. You want to take out chairs, tables, part of the bar, shoot a couple holes in the walls-Fine, go ahead. You want to cause serious damage to the cantina, like blowing it up, blowing out a wall, or exploding a large chunk...You're going to need a staff member around. I now employ 3/4 of the damn chat, it's not like it's that hard to find someone who works in there. All I'm asking you to do is respect my property while I'm not around, I'm even giving you more leeway than most people do when it comes to fucking with their stuff. I'll open it back up to the way things used to be if you all can't suck it up a little, but that's fucking weak. Also, this was intended to be a regulation list for the cantina, posted in the bar since people were saying they really didn't know about the rules (IC). All I really give a fuck about OOC is the not blowing the entire building up while nobodies around. Just don't go around ordering the 11k credit rare imported whiskey if you can't afford it. |
