[Delete]		Okay, with all these factions running about, and regged chars and holding the factions and this and that and that and this and icons...I want to get some feedback. I'm going to tell you what I think, and I want you to read this and make a post just below about your thoughts on the subject...

First, I think that 'big' factions should need a regged handle. Now, we here at the CFC do not require registering to RP. We're somewhat cool that way. But to play a big ass faction, I think we should go for regged. This is for one, simple reason- -Factions should have icons! Right? Now, some factions should be open to the public in the icon area, because we are cross-franchise and people should be able to come in and RP. Granted, if they wanna join the faction they'd still have to, y'know, join, but it gives everybody a good idea of whats what.
I suggest that every person who has a faction can choose if they want it public, or not. or, if they want it on a 'regged char only' basis.

Currently, the public factions are:
New Republic
Empire
Starfleet
Dread Conglomerate
Gorn Republic
Slaugh Empire
Trags
Dark Scorps

All of these have been chosen to be public except the Trags, 'cause Perkins is gone, and the Dark Scorpions, 'cause I just kind of assumed Cru never regesters his handles even though he should.


but there's still a shitload of factions elsewhere. Some secretive factiosn are:

Council of Watchers
Wolfram and Hart
Ion Storm

just to name a few.


So to summarize- -if you're a factiony faction type, you should be regged, and you should choose if you want your faction to be public, or more privitized.

And remember- - regged chars don't cost but nothin' and you get all spiffy perks like the ability to get special icons...
