The Dark Scorpion Empire has destroyed a Gorn prototype vessel unprovoked, assumedly continuing the war unfinished a year ago. The destroyed vessel was testing new Sluagh/Gorn hybrid technology that the Sluagh Empire had invested a lot of time and energy in. The Sluagh Empire and the Gorn Republic are preparing for war, but have been unable to contact Ace Kaelton.
Meanwhile, Glagh Pshad, celebrated hero of the Gorn Republic, has stepped down as Senate Leader, saying that one man cshould not be allowed to run a country. In an emergency senatorial election, Senator Tokh Jass has been elected Senate Leader, and Kentt Youll has been appointed to High Priest of the Gorn Empire, the theocratic state that controls the Gorn religion.
However, Pshad will be retaining the position of Commander In Chief of The Gorn Republican Space Forces. He has ordered every build team in the Republic to disassemble every ship in the fleet and use every piece of material in the new, redesigned ships. The force being amassed will be unveiled soon, all we know is that the flagship, the GRS Iron Claw-A, will be of a class designed by up-and-coming Ik'thead Senator Chad-Nik-Phoa. And the new heavy cruiser class will be co-designed by Toloss Mani, who was educated on Earth.
So, Rak Sector, prepare for a lockdown if war breaks out. Now to the new hit single by Eat My Feces, "I Hate It When You Masturbate Me"... |
