*With no warning, or even expectation, the distress signal beamed out from Naboo. It was encoded, Alpha-priority secure with it's message and base coordinates, and it was broadly aimed for Tatooine, but the signal was weak. It was very possible that it couldn't reach it's intended origin, if it even still existed. When Delphi was still on the planet, she was in the small base entrenched beneath the cantina to secure the Hellmouth - were those same forces, or at least same/equivalent technology, still even there? The distress signal still came regardless, beaming it's short half-life before it goes dead. Most technologies were capable of receiving it and recording it in encrypted format, but only the best decrypters would be able to break it without the proper passcode.*
*For those that could possibly break the cypher? They would note coordinates for a small region at the base of the Gallo Mountains of Naboo, along with a short message, one that would make sense to those who knew her, or of her. "The.Oracle.Is.Under.Attack."*
