A Special Announcement. A Declaration!
Duke Novalear Starfield 10:19pm, July 13, 2003 [Edit] [Delete]	“These are the times which try men’s souls.” --- “I heard a bang, and the star’s collided.” *As we open up, Novalear is standing there, in his full military regalia. He’s standing behind a massive map of Tatooine, which now has the Duchy symbol superimposed over it. He seems to be in some sort of bunker, with sensitive, yet blurred and fuzzied materials in the background.* Yesterday, I opened myself to Tatooine. I gave myself to Tatooine. I threw the most extravagant and amazing party this planet had ever seen. I was to present Tatooine to my son, just as Tatooine would be presented with him. It was a symbolic act, the ushering in of a new age, an age of peace, and harmony. I was rewarded for this act, by the death of my son. The Prince Castanatos Starfield has been murdered, in cold blood, for reasons yet unknown. His murderer is unknown, and has gotten off for this crime, having fled to Tatooine. This vile assassin is yet free, free to report to his superiors. I do not know who ordered my son to be killed. But I promise you, I will find out! This horrible act of cowardess is nothing short of a betrayal. I opened my arms to the people of Tatooine, and you spat in my face. So be it. As I speak, we are landing troops across the surface of this planet. We, the glorious House Starfield, the Duchy of Starfield Province, we, the chosen, shall avenge the death of my son! And in doing so, we shall usher in a new age of peace and prosperity to the Tatooinian peoples! You, too, shall join the beloved ranks of the Starfield Providence, and will become part of the family of the Duchy! This is not a war of destruction. There will be no mass genocide lest you bequeath it. And if you shall resort to desperate measures, then as will we. We will take Tatooine, as our destinies have promised! And if you are foolish enough to resist, know but this- -we are your neighbors. Those foolish enough to attempt to destroy the moon will find that you will have made the greatest mistake of your entire existence. We have learned from our mistakes. From the lessons of the Kromagg war. There are those, who are insane enough, and possess enough technology *Image of Mike Little’s Planet Killer* that would like to see Tatooine Annihilated just to spite. I implore you to re-think that line of reasoning. Not only would you have the deaths of billions on your conscious, but those who use such weaponry upon a satellite as large as the Duchy’s moon, would inevitably cause the destruction of the planet Tatooine itself. But that may not be enough. Not a strong enough deterrent against the insanity of those who hold the most power. So we have created the Ultimate Deterrent. We hold, in our grasp, the only true power that can annihilate whole universes: The Cosmos Control. The Starheart. The Doomsday Machine. Made of technologies that do not exist in this universe, this is the ultimate doomsday weapon. Be forewarned. Usage of Weapons of Mass Destruction, by some desperate animal, capable of annihilating entire planets, in order to strike at the Duchy’s heart, will result in the mutual destruction of all things. Out-Of-System Communications have been blocked. You will not be able to call upon your myriad of allies, such as Starfleet, or the New Republic. Your only hope lays within yourselves…your ability to realize your betters and give Tatooine to us without bloodshed. This is our Declaration. Our Declaration of War. We empathize with your pain but we will not stand by and watch you attack the common people and forcefully take there home from them. We are opposed to your invasion of Tatooine and that is what it is. It is an unprovoked invasion of a peaceful planet. You have no legal right to do this act and all of the Galactic Sovereignty's ground and space forces are now on red alert. We offer asylum to all of the Tatooine people. I would like to propose, that yes there is away to resolve this matter without having to walking into the arms of a man who is obviously begging us to go to war with him. But of course who am I to throw out ideas like that...oh well. ((By the way Daniel is bi and I wasn't suppose to remember that. Oh well. ))

Cru does! ..Take the red pill!* - I am appualed at the actions taken by not just the Starfeild but the actions taken by those who claim to defend Tatooine from enemy threats. It would have been easier to simply surrender land and ignore them considering the threat that would soon follow them. But, because of the threate force that was brought in responce to the dutchies claim I have now witnessed a weapon of mass destruction in use. Specifically against the DC fleet. A Hyper Nuke. A weapon capible of wipping out several of your StarDestroyers and fleets in shell of destruction while unshielded... I must insist the dutchy cease using such weaponry if it wishes those who defend tatooine to never use weapons of mass destruction against it. If you back them into a corner they will see it as a way of saying that there is no other choice but to attack with weapons that can wipe out men, women, and children with a single stroke. I feel for the Dutchy's lose. It could be said, that a father should never have to outlive their children... But I must also think of the children of tatooine and the possible erasure of all universes to boot. Further more, I wish a meeting to be conviened between the defense fleets and the Dutchy. That a more so peaceful sollusion could be found before use of such hedious weapons of death. Thank you. ((If your able to understand this post, I .. please transilate it for me! So I can understand! ))
